They have a great repairman. Trying to schedule him or do anything else is a disaster. It takes multiple emails and calls just to get on the books. I bought replacement shelves for a fridge 9 months ago and can’t get them to confirm the status.

Gourmet appliance is the only Thermador authorized repair facility in the Bay Area, so choices are scarce. They are honest compared to other hucksters we’ve hired by mistake.

Probably the best advice is not to buy Thermador. Not sure why the brand is seen as premium. We had problems with both stove and fridge. Repair has always been a scary nightmare and time suck.

Had an excellent experience with them. Called at 8:30 on a Monday morning - repairman was here at 11:00, fixed the problem with my Bosch dishwasher - and was on his way with the problem resolved. Repairman was a great guy.

Authorized service center for Thermador but for our in-warranty repair we had months and months of delays, missed appointments, and nonsense. After being called out on their less-than-stellar performance, they threw a tantrum and pulled out. Thermador aware of their service issues.

Whatever you do, don't let your kid fill up a bag of Jelly Bellies in this shop. He will inevitably dispense far too much out of their terrible dispensers. Turns out they're $9/lb, and the bag holds 2lbs. And they won't let you put them back, and they guilt you into buying them. I could have (should have) walked out, but I bought them. I'm not happy about it. Now I have $20 worth of friggin jelly beans and I am never returning to this store.

These guys are the best. They serviced my Miele Dishwasher recently and went above and beyond the call! I've been having trouble with it for a while and had Miele out 2x to work on it. They have it in the best condition it has been in since its installation. They took the time to make sure it was level and put in correctly in the space. NANO and DANNY were friendly and competent and very knowledgable. I will definitely call them first to service my appliances in the future.

If I'd written this review a month ago, it would have been glowing. But I've since had problems with the repair work, and they have been very unresponsive. They allege that it has nothing to do with what they fixed, and are charging me again for the new repair. This may be true, but it doesn't excuse their lack of response and scheduling so that my appliance is working again!

Worst repair service ever. No one answers the phone or responds to submitted repair requests. Paid almost $1,500 in advance for parts over two months ago and haven't heard from them since. Thermador has numerous complaints about this company.
