Wished I could give -0 stars because I would!!! DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT use this company contracted and Bath Planet in Temecula, Ca. They are fine until you need their products repaired or replaced that's covered by their warranty. They remodeled my kitchen and 2 bathrooms in August 2020 and I spent nearly $45k. In less than 2 years, my shower handle broke off, the coating on towel bars on both bathroom doors started peeling off, their prepainted paint on the kitchen cabinets started coming off, the low quality caulk on my kitchen countertops started cracking and falling off, and the molding on my kitchen cabinets separated from the wall. You have to repeatedly call Bath Planet and leave messages, they don't return calls/emails unless you tell them you'll give them a bad review, and Golden Glove gives you lame excuses why you should accept the same poor quality products based on how many products they've installed. On September 8th, 3 MONTHS LATER after me repeatedly calling, they finally sent someone to recaulk my kitchen counter and replace my shower head/hose. It's now September 27th, and I still have the same towel bars, a cut in my ceiling and peeling kitchen cabinets. I called GGC owner Mitchell Glover today who told me I have to accept the same shower towel bars which I refused, so I told him see you in court buddy!!

Anthony and Robert came to install new showers at my home as part of a BathPlanet remodel, replacing 40 year-old molded inserts that were damaged from years of hard water and harsh chemicals. Both showers also had plumbing issues from the hard water buildup and experienced limiting flow at the faucets which were hard to maneuver. They replaced all the plumbing from the floor up and raised the height of the shower head (both were painfully low).

They replaced both showers over two concurrent days. They called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start on both days (and I honestly never saw them take a single break - I'm sure they must have, but I didn't notice); they laid fabric walkways from the front door to the showers and tarped everything within a 25 foot radius; stripped out and literally rebuilt everything to support the new inserts. And I might be a little embarrassed to say they left each bathroom cleaner than they found it.

It's been 12 days since they did the install, and I'm still in disbelief at how amazing they look and feel. The increased water flow in both showers are now equal and stronger than before (I've also installed a water softener).

If you're lucky enough to get this crew on your job, buy them lunch. Because this level of professionalism and hard (and careful) work is rare.

Our project began at the end of May beginning of June of this year. It is the end of September and our project was finally finished after we were promised it would take 3 to 4 days in writing on our contract.

We ended up with a custom shower and I use the word custom Loosely because it was not the shower that we wanted. The shower pan does not drain well and the stone accent does not match the shower pan color.

initially the stone caps were the color that we wanted but the stone seat did not match the caps. We requested the stone seat be the same color to match the shower pan. We were told they switched Stone contractors twice and we were not going to get a color to match the shower pan.

We paid Golden Glove in full hoping that they were going to resolve that stone problem in a timely manner. After we paid them it appeared that we were no longer customer. The owner of the company was told of what concerns we had and he was very dismissive.

Alex the company foreman tried to solve the issues. he was very helpful but in totality I regret hiring this company. A $15,000 custom shower should not end up with the customer unhappy.

Maybe this company is good at swapping simple showers out in a couple of days but for a custom job they failed miserably. I would not recommend this company to anybody and I would never consider them to come into my home to do work ever again.

I used this company for a bathroom remodel. They did the job, that's it. We are not likely to use them again. One they completed the one bathroom; we expressed interest in remodeling the other 2 bathrooms and never heard back from them. The stopper didn't work on the sinks that they installed, and they refused to come back to install them correctly. I had to get another company to fix the problem. There was never any follow up, as other reviewers have mentioned. You should probably avoid this company,

Golden Glove scheduled our kitchen to be done on a Friday , we had no problem with that because we had been told it would be a one day job. At the end of the day the job had not been completed and we were told that due to it being Easter weekend that they could not find a plumber to come and finish the job. Which meet we would have no water in our kitchen all weekend. Alex the forman came up on the Monday after Easter to complete the job. After he “completed “ the job and left we realized the water to out frig was not working. My husband has been texting back and forth with Alex and has been told he would try and make it up here. As of today 4/18/18 we have yet to see him. Tonight I called and left a message with Terry at the Temecula office about the issue we are having. She stated that the general manager/ owner would call me back. At this point I don’t know who is calling back a general manager/ owner are two totally different people. Anyway when I asked when I could expect a call back she said well he is in and out of the office so she didn’t know. Wrong answer, I work with consumers everyday and when there is a problem you call the consumer back ASAP to resolve the problem.
