Amazing customer support for my Herman Miller chair from the first phone call, to scheduled visit and repair. Really rare experience and worth recognizing with a review. I will 100% come back here when I buy any office furniture. Customer service likes this is way to rare now a days and deserves recognition. I was actually shocked at how nice and professional everyone is.

My Herman Miller chair height adjustment failed. I sent a service request to the service group and got an answer within a couple of hours. I then got a phone call from Bryan Kustic that made getting an appointment for the chair's service fast and easy.

A couple of days later I arrived and the service work was done right away. The service person,Bryan, is very experienced with Herman Miller Aero chairs, and knew just what was needed once he tested the chair. A few minutes later he had the chair apart, and replaced the part and re-assembled the chair quickly.

During re-assembly, everything on the chair was checked and adjusted to sure there wouldn't be a need to return for a different problem.

G/M is a helpful and friendly company. Their inventory is huge. There are a lot of items on didplay that are helpful for envisioning the items what I could add to my office.

It is very difficult to get someone answering the phone at G/M to realize that you do repair Aeron Chairs. I had a most difficult time in doing so (it took several tries), but once connected to Bryan Kustic everything became more than just O.K. Bryan is a true gentleman, but not only that he had the parts to repair my Aeron desk chair in a truly expeditious manner, and offered advice on chair manipulation etc. Bryan appears to be a most valuable employee. It all ended as a most satisfying experience.
