Should've been a 0 star but it wouldn't let me select it, for starters I walked in the store, terrible customer service, the guy behind the counter said "what?" Very rudely while finishing a text message on his cell phone. The entire store smelled of dog urine. I saw rat droppings all over behind the machines, when I asked for more information about a machine I was interested in the guy said "I don't know Google it" 0/5 wouldn't recommend.

We worked with Kevin to find just the right countertops for our kitchen remodel. Although I'm still staining the cabinets a darker color, you can see in the photos the beautiful new quartz countertops Ginnos installed. We opted for the Silestone Calcutta Gold for its light veining and specks of gold. Kevin was very helpful in advising on the 3cm thick option so we could extend the peninsula bar and not have to deal with corbels (under 18"). The installers were professional and nice to talk to. They came out to build a template and create the wider top for the peninsula. They adapted for the new base cabinet addition and the curved area. They also fabricated a window sil for the kitchen of the same material. Upon installation they advised on extending the sil to the window height so that the tile backsplash wouldn't be interrupted. I am so pleased with the result, and very thankful for that tip! They also did the small countertop in the laundry room. We are so very pleased with how the countertops turned out. Like giddy!! I would highly recommend Ginnos for your countertop needs!

I called them about my Thermador stove problems because I live far from any services. I spoke with Craig who informed me that I lived to far from them to get a service call. But said he would take my stove info and see what he could find out. To my surprise he got back to me within the hour and provided me with some helpful info. I later discovered the part needed to fix my stove but couldn't seem to locate the part. So in desperation I called them back again and gave them the info, they again, contacted me the next day with what they could find out about my stove. Exceptional customer service and I wasn't even one of their customers!!
Too bad THERMADOR doesn't provide even half of that kind of customer service!!!

Steve was great. Were from out of town and were running short on time to make it in before they closed. Steve had our appliance ready to be loaded by the time I showed up. Was in and out in five minutes. Steve made it pain free and super efficient.

Local & convenient. My Dad knew what kind of stove he wanted, and after looking at 2 other stores with no luck, Ginno's was the answer. We were in, found it, ordered it, paid for it and arranged for delivery all in about 20 mins.
