Giddens Bros was great to work with. We replaced our 30+ year old HVAC system recently and they did an excellent job. Very professional and good communication throughout the process. Steven was very professional and checked the A/C equipment thoroughly. A capacitor needed replacement and he took time to locate a replacement part and returned to install it. He clearly explained the failed part and showed it to me. He was friendly, very respectful of my home and I hope to have him return for the next service in the spring. A real pro!

Punctual, personable and professional! These guys deliver old school service with a youthful flair. They communicated with me throughout the servicing of my gas fireplace and gave me suggestions on how to improve heating efficiency via the use of blower fans. They were respectful of my property and I will gladly handout their business cards to neighbors and friends. And the cost for services rendered was very reasonable.

Contacted Giddens for maintenance on my AC unit. Technician Steven came out and handled the job efficiently. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me a brief overview of how my system should be working properly. Would recommend Giddens for any of your HVAC needs.

I was happy with the timeliness. Service tech was good. Not happy with price very unexpected. I thought the $125 fee should have been taken off when they had 2 add more coolant and dye/sealant for $925. Unit purchased 12-2019 added coolant & dye 9-26-2022 over $400.this was before the new company bought Gidden Brothers Inc.
I have just now got the $125. Service call removed. Happy for that help at least!

This is the first time I've received service from this company. I had my gas fireplace serviced for the winter months. From my initial call to inquire about the service to receiving the service was exceptionally pleasant. I would defintely recommend Giddens Bros. to any of my family and friends.
