Hello everyone,

My wife, Chick, and I recently built our sixth home in the North Georgia mountains and were referred to Georgia Kitchens for our appliance package. I can confidently say that their service is bar none the best in their industry!

From time to time, you deal with a faulty appliance—it happens. In our case, we had a refrigerator issue that couldn't be repaired. Georgia Kitchens replaced the fridge not once, but twice in 3.6 years, without a single question asked.

A huge thank you to Gerard Butler, who patiently endured our endless calls and emails. He is truly an asset to Georgia Kitchens, and we deeply appreciate everything he did to ensure we were well taken care of.

The product displays at GA Kitchens is fantastic. It is great to be touch, feel and compare so many high end appliances at once location. I love working with, and bringing my clients to, Abby at the Buford warehouse. She is certainly knowledgeable; but what impresses me is how she listens to needs of myself/clients and is able come up with workable solutions for unique situations. I bought a Bosch dishwasher and my son, a professional plumber, installed it. It was defective out of the box. I thought it was going to be a pain to get it returned. They made the process easy.

I ended up buying a cheap dishwasher from a big box store which works for me for now.

Everything in out home is 30 years old and when I replace other appliances, I will definitely go back to GA Kitchens.
