Family run flooring store that has good customer service and great prices on wood, carpet,, vinyl, tile, and so much more.. I have been using Georgia Carpet Mill for renovations for a little over a decade now. I was given a refund check twice now from stuff that I purchased and ended up not needing. I would check this place out for all your flooring needs. They are nice people.

Have ordered from this company for over 15 years with having ordered 5 to 15 times a year. Great customer service every time. Always helpful! Installer's are professional and have looked out for best way to lay floor and most cost effective.

No stars .. They did a fast job then stole everything in site a 20V battery $50 and a hand saw I let them use . I Counted out money for them $450 set it in $20on the seal . I counted it 3 times to make sure it was all the money . I show the guy the money and he starts to count One of the workers walks me off the money talking to me off the counting . $100 missing they say I knew better Told him so ...told him he was stealing from me but I would give him the money anyways . I call the owner Son he tells me I dare you to come here I will give you your $100 .. In other words he thought he was going to attack me then call the cops on me .. He was threating me. Sad part I was really happy they did the job I would have paid them $550 .. They have sticky fingers ! These guys will say they don't work for them . They are family .They work for them! I told the son I cannot prove they stole my money but if it ever happens again you can judge them buy their Fruit . that when I was called a liar .. I will never do business with them again .

I ordered, on two separate occasions, a box of tile that I never got. The first time I ordered it in person and was never called about it coming in. Upon calling to check they never got it. The second time I called back to order the same box and they told me they would call me back when they got it ordered. I never received a call, so I stopped by their store to check on it. They had no record of anything being ordered.

I have not dealt with this store buying something in stock, however if you have to order you may have an unpleasant experience.

They are a dealer for DalTile, the only one around this area. I will have to locate somewhere online to order from.

I am writing this review for my husband.
This store is unhelpful and rude, I am not sure what these people have against “certain people” but my husband Jonathan was charged triple the price for floor levelers compared to other retailers after researching (yes this transaction is in your records) it is however to late to return and we won’t make the mistake of going to this store again! We will make sure to let our family and friends know before they plan to get ripped off too!
