Cooper and Nick were my installers of both systems. They let me know every thing that was happening and they were always on time. Very courteous and answered all my questions. If all employees of Garrison and Garrison are as knowledgeable and selfless then I will have to consider G&G top of the line for HVAC in North Alabama.

G & G is TOP NOTCH! Technician called ahead and was on time. Clean cut, personable and very professional. This was a service and checkup visit. Appreciated the fact that he performed in a very professional. Found nothing wrong and did not try to "sell" me something I did not need. I did set up an account I was so impressed!

I've been a client of Garrison and Garrison for almost 20 years. They have always given the best price and the best service. Noticed my HVAC unit was short cycling. Tried a reset but no improvement. Knowing this problem could end up damaging the compressor I called Garrison & Garrison for help. They sent a Tech out a couple hours later. He found a couple parts on the unit had failed. The parts were ordered and he came back out and installed them. The unit is now working perfectly. All I can say is great professional job all the way around! Kudos to the Garrison & Garrison team!!!!!

Roberto and Myles were very prompt , informative and efficient ! What originally was quoted to be a day and half install of my new system only took them a 1 day instead ! Have had nothing but great service from Garrison & Garrison over the years. They’ve done everything from a new unit install and routine maintenance to most recently, a unique situation that was tough to diagnose but did so and repaired quickly. All of their staff and technicians have been competent, professional and super nice, Ronnie Head in particular. Brilliant tech, super knowledgeable and when it would be easier for him to not pick up the phone late in the day and worry about it tomorrow, he chooses to help and does great work.

Recently I called Garrison and Garrison to have my HVAC unit inspected as there seemed to be humidity and airflow inconsistencies. Josh, our technician, who was referred to me by a family friend, gave a thorough inspection. He was professional, friendly, and honest when it was aparent that the issue was caused by a setting on the thermostat. I will definitely call on him again when I need the unit serviced and inspected and have already recommended him to other family members. It's invaluable to have found an HVAC tech I feel confident and trusting of.
