The Ft. Smith location is awesome. We dread going to the Tulsa location. So happy we found Brandon. He was helpful, pleasant to work with and so friendly. This is our go to spot for all our pool and hot tub needs from now on.

We just bought our Jacuzzi J245 from Galaxy. Our salesperson was Phil and I would urge you to ask for him…all the people were fantastic but Phil answered all my questions (and yes texts even when he wasn’t at work). We have never owned a hot tub before so they had to educate us from the start! Bottom line…there are tons of manufacturers but for us we are buying the dealer and this one was great!

Went to the Fort Smith location and was promptly greeted when I walked in the store. The sales team was very knowledgeable and so helpful! I had a million questions but Philip helped answer every single one, and made my experience amazing. Philip was patient and had a great sense of humor. Good to see sales people who actually want their customers happy and not just trying to make a sale. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Brandon was great to show us the features of the 2 chairs we were looking at. I got to do a full 20 minute massage with relaxation music pouring thru speakers. I was ready for a nap. The 4D massage chair is absolutely amazing. It's perfect for that quick 20 minute, stretching massage (one of multiple stored options). I can't wait to get our massage chair home!! Thanks for all the info, as well, on the hot tub. We've looked at a couple locations, and this is going to make the most sense, when we get ready.

We were looking for an in ground basketball hoop. We had narrowed it down to Goalrilla. Although sports academy offered them for purchase, they pass it off to a third party to coordinate the installation in your own. Galaxy offered installation at a Bette price and they were five star service from sales to scheduling to installation. Their text service is extremely responsive and they check in every step of the way to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend Galaxy for all your home recreation needs!

Even though we were just looking for when our patio/backyard is complete, Phillip went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! He made our experience the absolute best by making sure we were not overwhelmed with options/styles that just didn’t fit us. He was very prompt/professional when we asked questions. I can’t wait to recommend this store to my friends/family and to come back when everything is complete to finalize our decisions!
