Guy at the counter refused to sell to me, but literally in his next breath said “Home Depot has them, you can go there”… wait? So is this a law? Or do you guys just cherry pick what you’ll sell to customers that don’t have a license?

Makes absolutely zero sense. This could’ve been a 5 star easily. A $60 part to get the heat back on for my family, but turned away? Really? Ok.

Obviously if Home Depot can sell it to me, you could too. You just choose not to.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This could have been a 5-star review because of the sales staff and the helpfulness of a knowledgeable installer, but unfortunately, the product was the letdown.

We bought a high-quality, maple vanity with filler which came with the toe-kick pre-cut and installed. The vanity base came with floor glides installed.

The high-quality filler piece was perfect for filling the gaps on either side of the cabinet; however, that left a gap at the sides of the recessed toe-kick area as well as along the bottom. I was told the filler piece was for filling the sides so this was done. The problem is the grain of the filler piece matches the sides of the cabinet but is 90deg off with the toe-kick board and leaves a notable seam.

Other vanities I've bought come with a toe-kick board not installed such that it can be cut to the proper length to fit properly with base mouldings as well as ensure there is not gap at the bottom. What a disappointment.

I've been here a couple of times over the years since their opening. They flat refused to sell me fairly basic products on multiple occasions for not carrying the associated licensing. Citing laws that don't exist. They are not helpful to non trade workers. Even though I am a licensed contractor, I won't buy supplies here. It is not worth dealing with people who hassle customers and abuse authority. Everything these guys carry can be bought online for significantly less money.

If you want to step up your design when it comes to bath and kitchen fixtures, skip the big box and come here. Besides the beautiful sinks, tubs and toilets, you actually have folks who know what they're doing. At our most recent visit we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful to find what we needed which was not easy. We come here because they have quality products that carry better manufacturers warranties. They have or can get the parts to fix or accentuate whatever they sell. Thank God our plumber turned us on to them!

Great shopping here. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products and gave great professional advice. I went in to compare water heater brands, warranties and of course cost.

They were very competitive and had their items in stock for delivery. My contractor spoke very highly of them and I was impressed. I never would have guessed this place was here but, I know now.

Most importantly, I feel very confident buying my heater here. The warranty comes full, not prorated. A 6 year warranty is for the full 6 years, of ownership not prorated.

Very unsatisfying experience. Showroom was beautiful but the woman who greeted us was less than helpful. After specifically stating what we were looking for, she directed us to the "touch screen." After struggling to navigate the unfamiliar program while she observed from a distance, we decided to look elsewhere. I guess I was anticipating more of a human connection. Clearly, this is not their strong suit. One star is generous, in my opinion.
