Nate's the man, folks! As a newbie, he jumped in to help us with our table set needs, serving up customer service that was off the charts. Forget the 'let me check with my manager' runaround; Nate was all about diving headfirst into our queries, even when he didn't have all the answers. He didn't shy away from a challenge, trotting off to consult the oracle (aka his boss) for every question we threw at him, and then triumphantly returning with the goods. Long story short, we scored the price we wanted and left beaming with satisfaction. We're definitely coming back for more, and a huge thanks to Nate for making it all happen!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the furniture we purchased from this store. From day one, the recliner we bought made a strange cracking sound. Despite being told it was under a 1-year warranty, every time we called for help, the store gave us excuses and delayed sending someone to fix it. It feels like they’re avoiding honoring the warranty.

Additionally, we were promised that other items we purchased would be shipped brand new, but instead, they sent us the same table we saw in the store. This was misleading and dishonest. Overall, the whole experience feels like a scam, and I would not recommend buying from this store. Alert

We recently purchased a dining table and were promised a new item, but the one we received in-store was the same dining table that they put for preview which was damaged and scratched. The delivery was also unsatisfactory. Be cautious and avoid getting scammed.

I drove to about 10 places on a Monday afternoon with my friend. We saw some great couches, all were about the same and I had kinda made up my mind on what I wanted when we decided to see what furniture time had to offer.

After 10 stores it was nice to be greeted and asked some questions, so far people had just mumbled a "hello" and barely engaged. The man there was excellent. He chatted us up and met our energy level perfectly. He was patient and excited to let us try out 10 different models as we browsed.

He offered me a deal right away when I explained that I loved one couch and saw it in another store. It was nice that he was engaging with discussions of money, and had an open an honest manner.

I went home, measured my space and came back ready to buy. I was happy with the price I paid and we set up a delivery time. Unfortunately they had to reschedule a day later but the apologies were genuine and he let me choose a new day.

The delivery guys unboxed my couches outside. Brought them upstairs and put the feet on. They placed the couches into the space we needed and were kind and fast. It was over 100 degrees outside and I was happy to not have to do all this myself. I was also happy to offer them some cold drinks and tip these hard working men.

Thank ypu furniture time for making me a great deal and making this process fun and easy. I love my couch and I've already started telling people where to go! My husband and cat also love it, we are a happy, comfortable family, thanks to you!

All around service from walking in the door to having the furniture delivered was above and beyond wonderful. Very professional, clean, exceptional customer service. I am so excited with my bedroom and my couch furniture. The delivery was fast and very clean they set everything up and they were quick to do it. Thank you.

Do Not BUY FROM THEM.

I Honestly do not recommend them at all. You should go else where. It's fault advertisement here. They lie to you about the factory standards regarding the product they sell, as long as you'll buy the furniture they'll say and do anything.

We had 3 requirements when purchasing a table from them.
1. For it not to be afraid of liquid. (We asked them more then 10 times, they said it's not afraid of water)
2. For it to be sturdy
3. For it to be new no damage.

First table arrives with a chip on it. We wanted a refund because we are buying a new table ( seller said they can get a replacement so we agreed.

2nd table arives, good but was missing an item which isn't a big deal seller can provide it. (They did try to tell us that it's in the box and in the end it ended up being in the back of the store)
But it also came with the factory sticker, which seller forgot to remove this time. On it saying how this table is very afraid of liquid spills plus how its afraid of hot and cold.

We came for a refund. And they start saying that they never told us that it's not afraid of water and started making stuff up. Wouldn't give us a refund for a false advertisement and lie.

Makes you wonder what else they lying about material, quality, where its made from, real material or fake, new or return, etc...

My recommendation is do not go here. Don't waste your Time, Money, Health, and Peace on these people.
Go to another place where they would respect you, tell you the truth, will be honest with you, and if they make a mistake own it.
