Late posting this but, I bought a couch from them during the Black Friday sale they had going on and the staff were phenomenal. They cut a greater deal for me when I found a couch I really wanted to put it in my price range. Forever grateful to finally get rid of the cheap futon I had and put this comfortable couch in its place. Thank you all!

Brandon was helpful in helping me pick out the perfect chair for our needs. The showroom was clean and well organized with plenty of options to choose from. While you could customize most furniture items I found it helpful having most of the options available to look at on a piece and not just a small sample. The service after the sale was great as well. Highly recommend Furniture Showplace for your next purchase!

I went in looking for a couple of items. The staff person I talked to was really pleasant and helpful. They have a selection from 3-4 different makers. A lot of it on display is all grayish though, which is what is popular but not particularly classic. When the gray trend goes, you’d be stuck. I suppose that is the point of trends. You have to update. I’ll wait until this one passes. It doesn’t make me want to part with my $$$. This is store marketing choice and not the staff. Staff was very good.

Sean, the salesman was amazing, was able to discount items even more than they were on sale for. Very knowledgeable and personable. Very pleased with purchase and 0% finance for 18 months. Will purchase again in the future

Friendly and very helpful. Andrew Byrd, was so nice he went out of his way to make sure we was purchasing what we wanted, and it had all the needs we needed. We will definitely tell family members and friends to come see Andrew. We will definitely be back in the future when we need something special like a lazy boy chair. Andrew was fantastic—courteous, professional, and very friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the showroom stock and made great recommendations, did not pressure and was really a joy to work with. We would definitely revisit when looking for furniture in the future.
