Es muy mala experiencia, Compramos un comedor con aseguranza desde que la mandaron venía una silla dañada y luego la mesa se fue haciendo fea de toda la orria. Y la aseguranza no respondió, nos la querían prácticamente comprar por $350. Cuando nosotros pagamos $1,500.

Alana was no pressure sales. She gave us our space and time to check out the furniture and discuss it. When needed, she was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. The delivery process was quick and efficient. The delivery guys took their time to make sure that I knew how to set up and tear down the sectional for the future. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a great salesman, was helpful, not pushy or overbearing. The delivery was ahead of schedule, they keep me up to date on its arrival and in the loop on informing me of where they were in the process of my 2 hour window. The delivery guys were awesome and worked with and was patient with me on positioning the furniture. Overall I had a great experience with furniture Row!!

Chase in the Springdale store was very helpful. I was looking for a recliner and most of the units that required power weren’t plugged in due to a recent rearrangement of the sales floor . He found an extension cord and powered up all the chairs I wanted to test . Needless to say he made the sale. This isn’t the first time I have purchased furniture from Furniture Row , I’m sure it won’t be the last. Overall had a good experience.

We drove 55 miles to Springdale Ark to try out a sofa that we had seen on sale and ended up finding a great deal on a floor model at a better price! So thankful for Dylan for his patience with us. He helped us find two recliners to go with it too ❤️ Bless you Dylan
