This place is ridiculous! Delivering at almost midnight only to say they dont have everything with them.. it has been 2 weeks since we bought from them and js yesterday we received the items OH BUT ONE OF the TABLES CHAIRS IS MISSING. MAYBE in another week I'll get it. Son rapidos para tomar el dinero pero se la llevan con mentiras, deverian tener verguenza todos, especialmente German se supone que es dueño, dueño de un lugar con servicio pesimo!

This business is amazing, you won't find any furniture store that offers prices such as these. Their service is great! I am an owner of a business my self, so I'd like to refute Jose Cruz's complaint of his "furniture taking too long to arrive." Have you ever ordered anything online, and had an expected shipping date, but your package arrives a day later? That's what happened here. Cruz's complaint had to do with the carrier, and the company shipping the furniture, don't take it out on this business.

Now for Jose's furniture "being the wrong color," I don't believe this, when you order furniture from this business, they ask what color you'd like, and they give you that color. Maybe he thought it would look different, but he was given the color he asked for, I'm sure. This is a great business which is highly concerned with customer satisfaction.

You will not find customer service, at substantial prices that Furniture Outlet offers, if you do, they'll guarantee they'll beat any competitor's price! The sales people are also very friends and knowledgeable.

In conclusion, this is a great, friendly business, I guarantee you'll be satisfied. Everyone else has on these reviews, other than the one outlier.

Very kind staff. Reviewers here need to remember that they cannot control every aspect of the furniture order. They are a retailer! stores can't get something made in Florida to California in 4 days, and even if they do, sometimes there are unexpected delays for one reason or another. Very good service and kind people. They got me my furniture and offered a good price that other stores wouldn't match. I am more than happy.

Be careful! There's a catch here, before you order anything they expect a deposit. Which amount? I'm not sure, but if you're going to leave a big amount, think again. So, once you order and leave the deposit, they might tell you that the product you want they have it, but in reality they probably don't have it. The day they tell you that you'll get the product may be delayed because they have to reorder it, and of course you have to wait longer. If you do not agree with the date of the delivery, you lose either way. They will refuse a refund even though they don't have the product, and if you want to buy something else with what you deposited, they won't allow it. So, if while you wait and you find a better offer somewhere else, there's nothing that you can do. They're going to force you to wait. The people there don't care, no matter how much to talk to them and try to explain to them. So if you plan buying from them be clear about what you expect and whether the product will arrive on time.

It's quite sad really, I've never had an issue before with them, but anyway just wanted you all to know about this issue.

TERRIBLE service. I have purchased three major appliances from them all within 60 days. The washer delivered did not work. It took them almost a full week to come out and then they replaced it with one that was dented and scared - it took a third party to fix that one because it did not work either. Now the dishwasher does not work. I have attempted twice to set appointments to have them come to fix it and still no one has arrived. The second time I spoke to the owner himself he wrote down the appointment and not only did he not call me to cancel or change - but he flat out did not show up. I am returning the dishwasher. Great at delivering furniture and or appliances... not so great at follow up for service. I ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL AND GET THIS EQUIPMENT PICKED UP - TO NO AVAIL. I AM NOW TOLD I HAVE TO DELIVER IT TO THRE STORE. I SPENT $872 FOR LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OF ACTUAL USE OF THE WASHER, DRYER AND DISHWASHER. BECAREFUL - THE GOOD POSTINGS ON THIS ARE HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Very expensive and I ordered a bedroom set and paid cash, but it took too long to deliver and when I got it, it was the wrong color and the mattress size was small. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I tried to get my money back and was a headache.
