Wow! What a great buying experience. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed furniture. I visited the website, made a wish list of everything I wanted, and marched over to Furniture Mattress Outlet. I was a little apprehensive walking to the back alley of the store where the main entrance is located now (it used to be at the front where Harbor Freight Tools is now located), but after meeting Eric, all my hesitations went away. Eric is wonderful, gracious, and got me exactly what I needed. He arranged for delivery (I live on the 3rd floor - no elevator!!) and delivered and assembled everything. I could not be happier. And after doing the math, I saved 68% off retail price for all he furniture I got. Insane!! Visit their website because the warehouse does not have a lot of room on the sales floor. But you will not be disappointed. I am one happy customer.

Eric is amazing! I bought a bed for myself, returning a week later to purchase 2 recliners. Great service, timely delivery, quality products, great prices.
I contacted Eric again on Friday evening with an urgent request my grandmother was being released from a rehab facility Monday and required a recliner that lifts up to allow easy transition to standing. Eric came through, delivered and set it up early Monday morning. I haven't had customer service like this in a very long time. I highly recommend this place for all your furniture needs!

My husband and I went into the store looking for a new mattress and bed frame. We didn't want to spend too much, but I also wanted something that was going to be a quality product. We walked into the store, and within a minute or two one of the wonderful reps came up and asked what he could help us find. We told him the type of mattress we were looking for, and he narrowed it down for us quickly. We then told him what we were looking for in a bed frame, and he walked us around showing us the best options they had.
We found the frame we were looking for and the mattress, the only thing left was discussing pricing. We were able to discuss numbers and came to a price we felt comfortable with, as well as financing! To top it all off, we were able to pack up our truck and take the items home that day! They offer delivery, but we already had a truck to be able to bring it home with us. If you are looking for a mattress and bed frame, or any other furniture, I definitely recommend this location!! Between the service and the prices, you can't go wrong!
