I needed an electric recliner due to an upcoming surgery that was within a couple of weeks. They managed to get that piece in my living room in just a few short days. A few weeks later the remote unpaired and they sent a sweet repairman who went back to the store the same day & got it going again. Above and beyond service.

Husband and I wandered in here not knowing they’d been closed for 10 minutes. Scott was working and told us to take our time. Glad we did - finally found a beautiful lazboy double seat recliner. We’d been wanting one for a while. Scott gave us a great deal on the floor model and got it delivered to us the next day. Super easy, and loved the friendly, no pressure service.

I have bought a sofa and Lazy Boy recliner.
It is the first custom furniture I have ever bought, up to now it has always been off the showroom floor or Costco. I am beyond happy with all my experiences with this Store and Store Employees. The Sofa was delivered today and the Delivery Men went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for home furnishings. Not only is the store itself wonderfully laid out with great staff, the furniture pieces themselves are absolutely beautiful and priced competitively. The staff is excellent and makes you feel like family. They are not pushy and don't follow you around the store while you shop but if needed, all of the staff is very knowledgeable and can tell you anything you need to know about any of the pieces they offer. Our delivery was right on time and the customer service before and after purchase has been phenomenal and very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend giving Furniture Design Center your business over other furniture stores in this valley. They deserve all the love!

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a ne couch and love seat. We looked and other furniture stores. Then i remembered seeing Furniture Design Center. Tracy was so helpful! No high pressure sales tactics but always seemed around if you have questions. The delivery guys did an great job! Very fast and kept everything clean and showed up on time. They also will take away your old couches. Which is a huge plus when you live in an apartment. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for furniture. They have a large selection so you can find something nice if you are on a budget.

I cannot thank Traci and the entire team at Furniture Design Center enough for all their help. I went in the Monday after Thanksgiving with a very specific purpose, and Traci in particular was beyond helpful. My youngest sister was recently diagnosed with cancer and has been in pain and great discomfort. I told Traci I need a small, lightweight recliner for her and why and she knew exactly what we needed. She went through all the pros and cons of each floor model, double checked which were brand new in stock and not floor models that could be delivered the next day, and was just so compassionate and understanding. Delivery at my sister's home the next day was smooth and they even took away the horrid chair that my sister could no longer use. I don't buy furniture often, but I know the next time I need anything, I will be shopping at Furniture Design Center. Thank you, Traci.

On 12/2/22, I arrived just as the store was closing but the staff was kind enough to greet me, and allow me to enter to purchase a recliner that already had my interest from a previous visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I was particularly impressed with how Furniture Design Center followed up with me to address a concern I had. They made sure things were right. The owner strikes me as a man of integrity.

What an amazing experience, this is a first class furniture store! Great staff, Scott and his team are all about fantastic customer service they are extremely caring! we had nothing but the best service! (we ordered two recliners) they said this special fabric would take 2 to 4 months it only took two months deliver today they are absolutely beautiful great prize good quality Lazy Boy recliners are amazing we would recommend Scott and his team as a wonderful furniture store
