Went shopping for a well made and well priced full size fully assembled dresser, with good drawer glide action. The floor model we found worked well and Valentina made a good price for us. We took it home, set it up and found there was one drawer not working correctly. We called and spoke to Liz, and the next day had a brand new dresser delivered and the first one removed. The driver William and helper Say were also wonderful and efficient. I highly recommend this Furniture Country store and their whole team as customer friendly, knowledgeable and kind, and the store has a great sale going on with good selection at the moment too.

EDIT 1/29/2025: Our new furniture arrived today and it did NOT disappoint!! We love it and it is so comfortable. The delivery guys, William and Say were so nice, friendly and helpful. They aimed for everything to be just the way we wanted it, and it was. They even reminded us of how it all worked. Furniture Country is a great place to find everything you want and need to furnish your home.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly associates. Oren Hutchinson was quite helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable of the furniture we were looking to purchase. Being long term clients we again were pleased with what we saw. Can hardly wait for delivery. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.

My husband and I recently moved to Gainesville and needed to find a couch, so we decided to check out Furniture Country after doing some research online. From the moment we walked in—despite arriving just 15 minutes before closing—Greg welcomed us with warmth and patience. He didn’t rush us or push for a quick sale, which immediately made us feel comfortable.

After visiting another store, we quickly realized that the customer service at Furniture Country was truly incomparable, so we returned the next morning. The entire purchasing process was seamless and efficient, and we were so impressed that we ended up buying a bed, mattress, pillows, and bed sheets later in the week as well!

What really stood out was how the staff remembered us upon our return. Each salesperson was genuinely friendly, and the store manager took the time to greet us personally. It’s refreshing to find a local, family-owned store that values its customers. We’ve found our go-to furniture shop and can’t wait to return for more! Highly recommend Furniture Country for anyone in the area!

Side note, the sectional is INSANELY comfortable.

Very good experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was on time and professionally done. Delivery men set up our new sofa recliner and answered any questions we had. We had bought furniture there 3 years ago and I asked for the same salesman as we needed a new sofa recliner to put in our family room that we didn’t get 3 years ago when we purchased our living room set and dining room set. We will continue to go there for all our furniture needs. Excellent service and the store is set up beautifully. We would highly recommend this store.

Hands down, you get the best experience when you buy from Furniture Country! From the moment you walk through their doors, you are greeted with a warm welcoming. No customer is treated differently than another, which I highly value in a business. Everyone there is pleasant and willing to help. They are family oriented people and offered my little toddler a snack (with my permission of course). When I needed to switch the delivery time, Liz went above and beyond to work it out around the time I requested. It gets even better! The furniture was delivered on time and Bobby and Mike were such a joy to work with. They took great care in bringing in the furniture and making sure everything worked and was exactly how we wanted it. They were so personable, respectful, and all around great people to work with. There’s nothing else I could say that could make our experience any better than it has been. Keep up the awesome work!
