I was shopping for a chair and when I wandered through the store found one that I liked. The salesman showed up at the time I had questions about color options and delivery timing. He answered those questions politely with no sense of pressure to buy. I came back a couple days later with my wife and we purchased the swivel recliner that had an acceptable color scheme that works for us. Once again the salesman David S. Showed up right when we needed him to answer color option questions before purchasing. My impression of the products in this store is high quality at reasonable prices and the sales staff is professionally helpful.

Very friendly salesman. Left me alone to look on my own. Very accommodating on showing options on each chair. I’m happy with my selection, and I would go again with any further needs. I would also 100% refer a friend. The store was a good find for me.

First time in the Furniture Connextion has a wonderful surprise. They have a selection that fit most price ranges with wonderful furniture. The Sales Staff is helpfully but not aggressive which was pleasant. We were able to find a beautiful 8’ Dining Room Table and 8 chairs on clearance which saved us a bundle. Furniture Conextion will be our first stop from now on when looking for furniture and decor items

David was very helpful. They let me check out several fabrics to take home to try in my lighting. I did this 3 times and finally found one that would work for me. The purchase time was very short, not like some other places that take forever to check out. I think they have some very good quality of furniture at reasonable prices.

We bought a couch at Furniture Connection. It had a few minor problems. For example, the center seat cushion was much softer than the outside ones. Kevin was unbelievably patient and professional with us. He ordered new cushions and replaced the material on one of the arm rests. He made all the difference in turning a problem into a great experience. Way to go Kevin!! Thank you.

An unexpected purchase.
We have pondering the need for 2 new recliners. Ours were 22 years old, reupholstered once. We liked these old friends, as the size was modest.. ( it is amazing how many recliners are made for linebackers.)
Having never been to Furniture Connection,
We decided to check it out. Zowie!! What a happy surprise!! Many “just right”chairs to choose from! We bought , with assistance, from Michelle, who was knowledgeable of the appointments on these chairs.
Electric chairs with the ability to use the rechargeable battery or plug it in.
Sold! Love the color we chose, and a quick delivery date. Should we find a need for other furnishings, this will be our first stop..
and hopefully Michelle will be there to assist us.

We ordered our loveseat on 8/14/2023 and received it 10/4/2023. We were told the wait time would be between 6 and 8 weeks as this was a custom order. Furniture Connextion delivered on time. Not know what the market would be like for custom orders, we were happy to get our loveseat before the 8 week time frame. Thank you Furniture Connextion!
