My experience was good. I went in to order a couch. They made it very clear it would be 4-6 weeks. I paid for delivery as well. At 5 weeks I got a call my couch was in. Had it delivered two days before 6 weeks. The delivery team was friendly and fast. I will be shopping there again! Thanks guys

Can I give a minus 10? These people are the absolutely terrible. The worst customer service ever. They will take your money and have you wait 8 months for your purchase. I have never experienced any thing like this. They hustle you and dodge calls. And lie to you about whatever. When I finally received the furniture it was dirty as If it was used as a floor model. Furniture was shoddy miss sized legs. soon after my kitchen table became warped and again having trouble getting in touch with Gabby. She wants me to call the warranty company Very confusing and frustrating to deal with this company. poor customer service. very slow service also. you will get plenty of service before you sign Be Careful when shopping here. my table has water damage ? and here we go again with the very extremely Poor customer service. needless to say I will never ever ever shop FC again. and let this be a warning to all buyers.

April 2021
I receive my sofa after 11 months.
Dining table after 14 months.
Still I didn’t receive 2 chairs for my dining table & 1 piece for sofa.
Don’t buy here. Don’t buy here.

I have purchased several items from this location for my photography studio. Today I went into their clearance section and found a table and a mirror that I wanted to purchase. I was told the table was sold even though there was no sold sign on it anywhere. And I was told the mirror was not on clearance - they just moved it into that room? So I asked - so you’re telling me the items in the clearance section (pointing to the giant sign that says 40-70% off) really aren’t on clearance? And they said no. That’s classic bait and switch and it’s completely against the law. I’ve spent THOUSANDS here and never ever again.
