Very friendly ladies in here. Service was fast and they have an abundance of decorations and themes to choose from. They were some things a little pricey for me but when there are far and few party supply stores around people will pay.
Their balloon arrangements are great.

Limited inventory but they are extremely helpful. They are quick with the balloons but best if you order ahead of time.

For a mom and pop type establishment, I was surprised at how unfriendly and welcoming they were. Spent more time making sure their windows were Windex. Never asked if I needed assistance or welcomed me in. The balloons I purchased, on a Tuesday, for a Saturday, all did still look as awesome as when I bought them. Nice selection of specifically numbered items (30th celebration).

Terrible terrible terrible. Don’t get ANYTHING here. Called to order balloons and advised when we would be in to grab them for a party for my husbands parents 50th anniversary. They FAILED to advise him if he didn’t pay over the phone his order wouldn’t be ready when he got there. He spent 15 minutes reviewing balloons on the phone for nothing.

To make things worse, when I got there and they weren’t ready I was blamed! They said it’s not their fault that waiting would make me late and even though there was a miscommunication it wasn’t their problem. The women in there (especially one at the register) were nasty, and shouldn’t be left in charge of any customer service environment. I have used Fulton paper for years and will no longer support them. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and caused way too much stress on a happy day over their lack of care and communication over balloons.

This location is by far one of the best “party goods” stores I’ve shopped at. I’ve been going there for years now, starting with my oldest daughters Prom ( jr and sr) sendoff decor, then her graduation decor in 2016, to my youngest daughters Prom/graduation decor 2019. The staff there is always helpful in giving feedback when asked. Location is very convenient as well. I’ll continue to shop there, as the prices are also GREAT!!!!

Went here for all my kids parties and never had an issue. Last 2 times had encounters with an extremely rude employee (rude to customers and coworker) and was forced to pay $50 deposit for renting a helium tank and returning it late when the date of return was never specified (said I told them I’d bring it back a certain day which I never did because it was a date we were out of town on vacation then said she called me but later said if I had your number I would’ve called to remind you?). Will likely go elsewhere from now on which is unfortunate because this place was very convenient for us.

The ladies here are super helpful and nice! Would come back here again!! I’ve been here a few times, but the last time I went, I actually had my car battery die out front of the store while I was buying balloons inside the store. The employees let me use the store phone, because my phone died too. It was an unfortunate day. Lol but they looked in their cars for jumper cables and really tried to help me. They let me stay in the store waiting for AAA. I was beyond upset at the whole situation and it’s definitely not safe for a woman in her 20s to sit outside in a parking lot alone, so I appreciated them letting me stay inside of the store and use their phone. They even held onto my balloons in the back for me, because they said if I put them inside the hot car with the doors closed, they will pop. I’m late on editing this review too, but if they still work there, I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated everything!
