My son purchased a refrigerator while I was out of town from the Westminster store which already didn’t work properly when was delivered. We decided to go back to the same store and exchange it for a better one that can actually work last Monday.
The salesman at the store was so DRUNK that hardly talked and walked with scratches and bruises on his face and knees. He even asked my son to help him move a washer for a customer and loaded in her car.
We went to the other store in Thornton and purchased a refrigerator from Tomas as he promised to test it and make sure everything works and call me next day about the serial and model numbers.
Since Tomas didn’t call next day I called the store and talked to someone about the refrigerator if has been tested before the scheduled delivery on Wednesday. The guy just yelled something like what the hell and hanged up the phone on me!
I had to call and cancel the purchase right the way with the credit card and have nothing to do with Front Range Appliances anymore!

We purchased a washer and dryer and from the first week our washer stopped working with weird codes. We called at least 6 times and they said they would fix or replace washer. They never called us back or set up repairs. The dryer works fine. These guys are a joke!! I will never buy from Westminster store again. I am also reporting them to BBB.

They completely took advantage of me... I knew morning about washers and dryers, never had to purchase one before. Now that I was browsing thru FB marketplace I find washer dryer sets for half the price I paid these scammers. I don't even want to say how much they sold me a set for bc honestly it's embarrassing. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wish I could return these and get my money back. Please go anywhere but here! I made my purchase from this place a few months ago and still felt the need to pay a review bc of how bad I was ripped off by this place! Go check out fb marketplace before you purchase from these guys!

Used a year ago for a fridge repair. It took them multiple visits to finally get it repaired. A lot of back and forth. Forward a little later and fridge that was repaired starting having the same problems as before. Called to see if warrantly covered the first repair and no, it expired exactly 1 month after warranty. So I schedule another repair man to come look at it, pay the deposit required, schedule a time. But no one comes, even after I make arrangements for someone to be here. Then they call and offer me a new fridge, at a discount, but can't seem to call me back. Finally told them, after talking to multiple people, I just wanted a refund. That was a month ago. No $ has been put back. Cant get anyone to call me back, and when I call its always a voicemail , where I've left numerous messages. This business has the worst business practices I've seen this far.
I'm about to file a complaint with the Secretary of State and the BBB for fraudulent business practices. The more people who file complaints, the state will conduct an investigation into that business. They stole my $, and for someone like me, who lives week to week, this is some BS! They like taking your $, just not providing the service they boast about.

The delivery was an infuriating experience.
Simply put they promised a 30 minute heads up call for a delivery that was scheduled between 11:00 and 17:30.
The call was to swap out the old dishwasher and leave the new one. I received a call saying that they were 15 minutes away while I was 30 minutes away. They refused to wait and dumped the dishwasher on my front porch and left. I had to call again to schedule a pickup of the old dishwasher which they provided the same 11:00 - 17:30 window with the same damn 30 minute heads up promise.
They have no respect for their customer's time.

A gentleman lied about his installers when I was very detailed about the gas dryer I purchased. They couldn’t install it whatsoever then proceeded to not refund me my money even after they picked up the dryer. I have called multiple times just for them to not return my calls and I believe they blocked my number at one of their facilities. I have asked to speak to a manager and the owner. I’m a disabled veteran and I cannot afford for people and businesses like this to take advantage of service members like myself.

Purchased a Dryer unit last Thursday. Surprisingly they said delivery that Friday 11-5. Sweet! Well Friday came and went. Called Saturday and was told they were short handed and they would be there that day (Saturday) 3-5. Well Saturday came and went. No Dryer. No calls to notify, no calls to reschedule. I decided to go in on Sunday and was told I was on the schedule for Monday.
I told them I’m done dealing with their service and to get my money back. They refunded without a second thought.

Don’t use this shop. They are subpar at best and couldn’t give a damn about any of it.
