My wife and I very recently purchased a new 48” Sub Zero from Friedmans Appliance. The decision of where to buy was a relatively easy decision. We had over the years, we had previously purchased high-end major appliances from Friedmans Appliance and were completely satisfied with the purchase, delivery, and installation process.

On the purchasing end of things, tyhis time we worked with Kambiz Iranmahd. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and informative about the various manufacturers and the features and options of the various products. He was a good listener, helpful in navigating the necessary paperwork, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

On the installation end of things, Kambiz coordinated with Marc Reed. Marc and his staff coordinated an install date. Marc and each of his install team were punctual, friendly, technically competent at their jobs, and they were professional. Marc was especially expert and experienced in planning for, preparing for and navigating the limited working space, complicated house layout, all while moving around 6,,000 plus pounds of refrigerator. I was particularly impressed with Marc and his team’s manipulation of the unit to go under our 81” height ceiling design features. I am convinced that it was Marc and his team that made for a successful and satisfying install. Marc assured appropriate install precautions were taken.

We are doing a complete kitchen remodel from floor to ceiling with all new appliances.
Our contractor sent us to Friedmans and set up an appointment for us to specifically work with Juan Mejia.
My wife and I were about 10 minutes early, yet when we walked into this beautiful showroom, waiting at the door was Juan!
For the next 2 hours Juan showed us all the appliances we were looking for and every logical alternative also.
Juan was extremely well prepared for our specific needs, based on what the contractor had sent him and then incredibly well versed in every nuance of all the appliances we were looking at.
In addition to the appliances we were also looking for a specific type of range hood vent. This item is not particularly expensive, yet Juan has sent us and our contractor numerous technical and valuable follow-ups, even though this is not going to generate much, if any, monetary return for them.
Bottom line.....we have NEVER had a better experience with a salesperson with anything we have ever purchased and when we walked out of the store, we had 100% confidence that we had made the right decisions.

We purchased a GE Cafe refrigerator based on the knowledgeable and helpful recommendation from Susan Vice. She showed us our option, gave us pros and cons of each manufacturer and set up up for next day delivery. During their Labor day sale she matched the lowest price we could find on line. After installation she called to make sure everything was correct.

The delivery team John and Kris were fantastic. They were professional, on time, clean and set everything up for us including hauling away the old fridge. They explained how to work the new controls and set the temps. I would recommend Freidman's to anyone in the market for a new appliance.

After 34 years of faithful service, our old subzero refrigerator finally died. We went to Friedmans where we had had good service in the past and KAMBIZ helped us very attentively and competently pick out a new one that fit exactly in our built-in space. Fortunately, that particular unit was available locally and we got it within a week. Marc Reed and his group installed very quickly and efficiently with no problems and so we were not without refrigeration for more than a few days. Both Friedman and Mark installation company were very professional and we couldn’t be happier.

We recently purchased a new refrigerator from Friedman's and the whole process went well from the experience with the salesman Brandon to the work the installation team did to remove the old refrigerator and install the new one. We were concerned because of having just installed new floors and the fact that these units weigh more than 800 pounds each.

However, Marc and his team did a great job working through the challenges and making sure to protect the new floor as well as cleaning up after installation. I highly recommend Marc, especially for large refrigerator installs.
