Hi my name is Dawn, I just wanted to say that I was in on yesterday and was looking at all the yummy food in this store. I was impressed reminded of the specialty's of the markets back home. But the warm and friendly cashier there was very helpful with making sure that I found everything I was looking for. Her name is Cynthia, just wanted to make sure that she is recognized for just being friendly and helpful . I will definitely be back !!!

Well, the store has a wide variety of high-end groceries and is convenient on the island, I have to give it three stars for the customer service. Similar to other reviewers, I felt like an inconvenience in the empty store, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable rather than being welcoming and helpful. They do have a nice selection of meat and prepared foods, so giving three stars for the selection and quality of what they carry.

What a hidden gem. I have driven past this market countless times and today I finally stopped in. The place is packed with meats, cheeses, and special jams, spices oh my!
I highly recommend the sourdough bread and the gulf shrimp ? Yum!

Poor customer service at the meat counter. It was busy and there appeared to be no orderly method to serving customers. No one acknowledged us. Many steaks in the display case weren't looking fresh. Decent selection of non-meat specialty items though.

Got helped by a very kind and sweet gentleman named Nate, I’m in my late 50’s and have never been to a meat market/butcher shop and he made it a great experience, told me what steak would be best for what, even told me what would be best for tacos/fajitas, or just straight on the grill. spent 5-10 minutes just showing me around and he ended up cutting me 4 ribeyes to my EXACT liking and made it perfect for my whole family. Great experience! 10/10 customer service 10/10 quality. Will be back!

Lately service is indifferent. I was there today. The guy behind the counter was waiting on another customer. He never looked up, said hello or I’ll be right with you. I walked around and nobody paid any attention to me. After five minutes, the owner came out from a side room. Said nothing. I finally left. Ann who used to work there was very good. The meats are good but there’s a complete lack of customer service.

The most amazing place to go for almost anything meat related. They do everything in house. Plus they have biltong and droesvorse! Authentic too. I visit as often as I can and always leave very satisfied.
