Russell came today to service a fireplace for a home we just purchased. He inspected everything thoroughly and cleaned and serviced all parts. Our fireplace was quite dirty from neglectful previous owners and now we are confident we are ready for a warm winter. He suggested a blower and remote which we purchased but it was a no stress offer and I'm so glad we did it. So often tradesmen don't live up to expectations or do shoddy work. Russell is an expert, was early to arrive and a consummate professional with his work. Please use him for your fireplace needs!

I recently had Russell from Fresh Look Fireplaces come to clean, tune-up, and add a blower to my gas fireplace in preparation for the cooler weather. I am incredibly impressed with the amazing job he did; my fireplace now looks brand new and lights up immediately!

I have a Mendota gas fireplace to warm the kitchen area in the winter and the burner would not light even know the pilot flame was on. In addition I could not get the pilot light to shut off manually or with the remote. I called Russell Fresh who was recommended by the Mendota dealer in Boulder (Hearth House). Russell was awesome. He stopped what he was doing and talked me through the troubleshooting and symptoms. In the end it was the remote not communicating with the fireplace circuit board and he helped me reconfigure the connection between the remote and fireplace. Thank you Russell.
