Beware of the deceptive business practices of this company. When you look at the furniture items some of the prices may seem very reasonable. But look out, they make their profit on outrageous shipping fees, delivery fees, and set up fees. They charge you for shipping items from one of their warehouses to another.
Customer service is very poor. One item was delivered with incomplete parts that could not be assembled causing great delays. Another item was defectively unstable but they would not do anything about it without additional fees.
I will never deal with such a company again.

We recently purchased an office building and needed to navigate the intricate process of furnishing it.
Originally we assumed this would be as easy as just “buying furniture”.
We soon realized there were many necessary steps to be accounted for, including:
Size of rooms, hallways, color combinations (between different brands), and warranty’s associated with purchasing commercial rated furniture to mention a few.
We visited a few local places that seemed to have similar looking furniture and one stood out as the clear winner.
While walking into the Freedman’s showroom, it was immediately obvious that there was pride in their products and their business.
Everything was presented as you would have it in your office, which took all the guesswork out of how it would look.
We were soon greeted by Vivica, who knew the products inside and out, and always treated us with the highest level of professionalism. She would always greet us with a wonderful smile, which reassured us that we weren’t irritating her with too many questions, and that she was willing to make sure all questions were answered. Even when she didn’t know the answers to some design questions, she brought in people from her team that created a diagram to make sure all chosen furniture would fit appropriately in the designated spaces. At one point the owner, “Steve”, even took the time out of his day to introduce himself personally.
I wish more large buisness showed that level of commitment and pride. He clearly did not lose the vision he must have had when he first opened his doors. I know exactly where I’ll be going again when it’s time to expand my office.
