I went to the self serve car wash before work. I paid, but the wash never started. I called and left a message requesting a refund. No one ever called me back. There were no attendants present to speak with and no return call. Will go to Cumberland Farms car wash next time.

Went here for a car wash, as it's 1 of the last chain driven automated washes around.

I chose the medium value wash. It seemed to wash it alright. When I was there, I got right in and went right through. No line's. Technology is changing everything these days, so I didn't have to pay a person, but an automated system instead.

Overall, it's not to bad,

4 star's ? because I think their a bit on the pricey side!

Everytime I go here for self wash the self wash stalls are out of order all the time. I went there previously and they were all out of order. I think it's a gimmick to go through their automatic car wash and pay double. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I thought the wash went well until I got home and was drying the few remaining wet spots with a towel and noticed that it broke my front plastic grill piece. There were still some dirty spots. Will not go back if it will damage my car!!! I have had better car washes in the past where my car was cleaner and came out without any damage.

Update: Someone from the company reached out to me regarding the damage that occurred during my car wash. I sent them all the information that they asked for and they never responded back to me! Their customer service is just as horrible as their business!!! Will never be using this car wash again and would not recommend it to anyone that cares about their vehicle!!

Prices are going up like everywhere else, but the one thing that bugs me every time is they put the wrapper on my rear windshield wiper but they no longer have garbage cans by the exit so then I’m forced to bring the plastic cover in my car as trash
