Meant to leave a review last year. More than just an awesome sign. Steve runs a great, old school operation. He's able to secure lots of well-made Amish stuff. I did an order of some steel furniture from Steve that his staff capably delivered and set up. Damaged pieces were noted and also quickly sent over with great communication. This is a local furniture store that is definitely worth supporting in this age of IKEA.

My husband and I walked in and instantly saw the couch we saw at Ashley's furniture store which was out of our price range which is why we wanted to explore other places for sofa sleepers. Frank asked us what was our price range and he ended up giving us a great price and we opted to buy the matching ottoman also! In total we saved over $230 and delivery fee is way reasonable than the other high priced furniture stores. Since we knew what we wanted, Frank was ever so helpful and nice and no crowds, we were out within 20 minutes! Literally walked in and out! Thought we were going to shop all day!

Great prices, experience & products were excellent. My purchase was a matching single twin bed and twin size bunk beds that fit prefect in my girls small room. They will deliver and set up for an additional fee on time service all the way around. This is my go to furniture store. Great quality and great overall customer service. I have nothing bad to say Franks is great!

Exceptional customer service, the best I have ever experienced. Steve Frank was a pleasure to work with. We purchased Archbold solid alder furniture. Well made in USA , by Amish. While we live in San Diego and worked with Steve by phone - we could tell immediately he is a gentleman. Steve arranges to have our furniture delivered to San Diego after receiving from vendor to his shop from his Lawndale.

The sales man name is Steve one of the most friendliest people you'll meet. He is helpful and very respectful. I was waiting for something to get fixed next door, and stumbled across this diamond in the rough! I didn't buy anything YET, but when I have more money I will be back. Franks has great pricing on everything. This place makes furniture affordanle. I looked at some things with Steve he gave me a price for some ashleys furniture, and it was way cheaper then what I got it for. Smh. Delivery is even cheaper too.

Just bought a love seat that reclines, seems sturdy and they will deliver 7 Miles for 69 dollars. Looked around with no pressure from the sales rep. Good experience.

Prices are not to cheap, the place look very old and is dusty. Needs to be remodel and have more stuff display. The owner is willing to lower price and also give free delivery in a short distances. He uses a catalogs

The owner is beyond friendly and helpful. They keep you informed about your delivery. Also, if they do not have an item in stores they go through the catalog and find a similar item.
