I have shopped here for about 8 years. Good quality furniture with easy financing recently purchased sofa loveseat tables and lamp. Local free fast delivery. Pictured is black sofa and loveseat. The tables and lamp are shown with sectional. Purchased on a Saturday delivered Tuesday am.

The website online seemed like it was a lot more traditional furniture but when I went to the site in person there were very few pieces that were actually traditional, most of it was Modern or Contemporary. The staff was friendly though and they offered to help me as soon as I walked in the door. So if you're looking for contemporary or modern type couches this might be the place for you

The customer service is absolutely outstanding. And I love doing business with a local business that has been around for 20 years. Their reputation is definitely what is kept them in business for so many years. They always stand behind everything they sell. We have lived in Barling for 5 years and it bought many items at Frank Roe. I will never buy furniture anywhere else.

The sales staff are always knowledgable and friendly and great to do business with! I was looking for a piece of Ashley Furniture and they were able to get it in for us at a competitive price for us! They aren't pushy and always help us find what we need without the high pressure sales pitch!

We purchased two recliners and within six weeks one of the chairs was broken and the second one was on its way. We called and they sent a representative out to look at the chairs and said they would fix them, they just had to order the parts. We called the owner and told him that we did not trust the chairs, that if they broke that soon we didn't want them and would they make an adjustment and at least refund part if not all of our money. Itt took three phone calls and finally the salesman had to tell us that no refund would be issued. They did come, pick up the chairs, repair them and return them to us. Who knows if they are fixed. We would not recommend doing business with these folks. We are getting rid of the chairs and are out almost $1,400. Buyer beware
