I know it is a small family business, but I haven't been satisfied with the appliances I bought there. I did want them come out and repair something and they told me they can come out in 4 days. I told them I will call back tomorrow to make an appointment. I thought maybe I could find someone else. The next morning I decided to have them come out, but now they could not come out for 8 days. I am going to have them come out. Hopefully it will get fixed.

So far, this has been the best appliance-buying experience ever. We needed a whole set of appliances for our new house, and Lorianne found precisely what we were looking for. She is good-natured and knowledgeable, making you feel you're in good hands during the whole process, before, while, and after buying. The same spirit carried on to the delivery day when Mr. Foucault and his crew installed and tested every appliance. He even helped me set up an under-counter freezer from a different vendor! (I couldn't buy it through them). In our previous house, we had all Thermador appliances. They started having issues around the ten-year mark anyway, so this time around, we settled for a less expensive brand like Frigidaire. The cherry on top is that Foucault's services what they sell.

The REAL DEAL .. big box stores are a (bad) joke at each phase; shopping, delivery, service. Foucault's is there for you at each phase and they have competitive or even better pricing. I've made the mistake, now I'm back!

Superior Customer Experience . I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..
It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.

I could not say enough good things about Foucault's. We bought our Speed Queen washer and dryer in 2019. The other day, our dryer stopped getting hot. When I contacted Foucault's the person who answered the phone was beyond nice and responsive to my questions. Dave, the service repairman showed up to my house on time and quickly resolved the issue. All of the work was covered under warranty and the dryer is back to working order!
