Our arrangements from here are absolutely stunning EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do an amazing job and I can tell they put a lot of passion into their work. They exceed my expectations with each arrangement my husband gets for me. A couple of weeks ago my husband ordered for our anniversary and they went out of their way to get fresh tulips for my arrangement as they are my favorite. They make all of my flower dreams come true!

Fine for funerals but would not recommend for weddings with multiple floral elements, especially if incorporating newer trends… from the last like ten years…

A bride and groom of mine selected Flowers and Home as their wedding florist recently. The bouquets were lovely, but we had issues with the other floral elements. The centerpieces were extremely sparse for the price, and the designer completely failed to understand our vision on the hanging tent greenery.

As a wedding planner, I expect my floral team to communicate with me during the set up process so I can make sure everyone is on the same page, but this is apparently not their protocol. I don’t normally work in the Hot Springs area and this is contrary to every other florist I’ve ever worked with. The set up team arrived at the venue over 3 hours earlier than planned without contacting me, the designer we worked with was not even present, and the team was given instructions by the designer that were incorrect. When I called the shop to try to fix the situation, no one answered my calls. I provided feedback following the wedding and they were extremely defensive, refused to accept any responsibility for failing to meet the couple’s expectations and would barely hear me out so they could learn from the experience.

Unhappy. I have ALWAYS raved about loved and referred Flowers and Home! But today I had an experience that was less that great. I ordered a candy bouquet for my daughter. On the website. The options available etc. Called to ask a question and the lady rudely said they don't honor what the website says and don't know why it let me order. No offer to fix it make it right just was going to call and refund me. I have never had such terrible customer service from this place. Sad

I have been in this store three times. They are short, rude, and snobby. I don’t know if I just happened to hit this store when the same snooty woman was working or if she is the owner/manager, but she was not helpful at all, acted like we were bothering her just by being in the store and when we asked if she could help us figure out what kinds of flowers would look good in a vase we wanted to purchase from them she told us in a mocking sort of way “we are booked for two weeks”. We asked if she could help us just decide some options so when they weren’t busy we could get our floral arrangement ordered and she said, “ no we cannot.” It was poor customer service at its finest. We went around the corner to the store Nest. The women in Nest were attentive, warm, and inviting. They helped us decide what we needed and we then made a rather large purchase of art and we are so happy. So, in short- if you need a GREAT place to buy in Hot Springs- skip on past this store and head over to the Nest!

Greg with Flowers and Home went absolutely above and beyond. We have the most gorgeous arrangement of roses for our parents anniversary dinner and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Their attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were top notch. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!!

The bouquet was ordered for the Memorial of Jesus' death. When my husband and I picked it up, I was overwhelmed. It is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. I have seen lots of arrangements over the years, but this took the blue ribbon and gold metal combined. I couldn't take my eyes off of it. Absolutely gorgeous. If you need something very special, this is the place to go. Thank you Flowers and Home!!!!!
