I walked in for a king extra firm mattress and they had one left. They have VERY reasonable prices. Jackie and her two sons were very nice and worked with my husband and I. The quality of the mattresses they have are great! I highly recommend this business. I needed it delivered same day. They were at my door with my mattress within 2 hours! I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you for a great night's sleep!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They put the delivery charges on the lending company without my permission. I cancelled an order for two hundred dollars and with the extra charge room they slammed it on the finance company. When I asked for it to be removed John screamed for me to shut up. Bad buissness no customer service and extremely dishonest. Watch yourselves

Very surprised at the quality of mattresses she had. Just bought a nice mattress yesterday and the owner was so friendly. We definitely got a very great quality mattress for a hell of a price. We needed one desperately, and didn't have to pay the prices these big mattress places try and make you pay.

This is the absolute worst business ever ( Florida Mattress and Furniture). The whole world in a crisis right now. I explained the the owner and his mother Jackie I was let go from my job without pay and the apartments I'm was supposed to be moving in on Friday has just told me they are not open until further notice. Jackie only asked me for $20 to hold the mattress on Sunday 3/15//20 but because I thought I was moving on Friday I paid for it in full. Now I'm being told I can not have my money back and my phone number has been blocked so now I can't call. If you are even thinking about buying from here run!!!!!

Planned on selling your mattress that we have on hold for you and returning your money,but since you decided to bash us on social media you are only getting a store credit. Your store credit is 260.00...
