Bought a custom $900+ Hunter Douglas window shade from Erika and the team at Florida Living Quarters. The communication with Erika is seriously lacking and absolutely unprofessional. I love the shade itself, but the blind chain is a solid 2 feet too short and I am unable to use the shade properly since I cannot reach it. I've tried MULTIPLE times to reach Erika through email and phone since November 2021!!! Not one response! It's difficult to even speak to a person when calling the store. I am incredibly disappointed in Florida Living Quarters. Here I was hoping to have a positive experience and find a design team to help with furnishing my sunroom, home office and now a nursery. Not recommended!

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life. I went there to try to furnish my new house in a fashionable way but I couldn’t regret it more. Erica is very unprofessional and doesn’t even listen to people’s taste or thoughts as if we won’t be living in the house. She kept saying that I will get you the furniture from all over the US and you find the same thing in other basic furniture stores and she is charging the double and triple for the same stuff. When I decided not to move forward and confronted her with finding the furniture in other basic stores, she refused to give my down payment back ( even though she literally didn’t work in the house..she just showed me some pictures that I didn’t like) and acted in a very unprofessional way. Lesson learned never again! I never write reviews but I felt that I had to so people can learn from my terrible experience!

We just finished re-decorating a great room as well as an adjoining dining area. We loved working with Erika. She is very practical and considers what you already have and want to keep. Then she works with that and creates a whole new room. Our rooms are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have more rooms to go and will definitely be using Florida Living Quarters.

I retained Florida Living Quarters over the summer to remodel and completely furnish a 2,100 square foot luxury condo I had purchased in downtown Orlando and I could not be happier.

Based on my taste and general thoughts, Erika put together several initial design concepts for me to look at. All were very good and together we decided on the best overall design for my budget.

Erika worked closely with me over the following weeks as various choices had to be made regarding paint colors, light fixtures, window treatments, furniture, and many others. Her input and experience was invaluable in ensuring that what we selected fit well together and flowed well.

Erika and her entire team kept me informed on timing, progress, etc throughout the entire process and was always very accommodating and responsive. In addition, her relationships with third party vendors and contractors kept the process moving on schedule. I always felt that Erika views this project as if it were her own home and took great pride in making sure everything was done top notch.

In the end the condo came out even better than I had hoped (which is saying a lot because I can be very critical) and I most certainly could not have done it without her to say nothing of the great burden she took off my shoulders given my hectic schedule.

In summary, I give Erika and her entire team my highest endorsement and would absolutely use her again. If you are looking for the best at comparable rates to her "competitors" then look no further. Thanks you Erika!

When my husband and I moved into our new residence in Lake Forest, we sought out Ericka to help us design the interior of our new house. After doing a walk-through of our new residence, she immediately went to work coming up with creative ideas to help us bring out the unique contours of each room. After working closely with Ericka for several months, she was able to come up with a custom design plan for every room in our house, keeping us apprised of the progress every step of the way. Like any project we encountered some challenges; however, Ericka and her team were always quick to respond and address any questions or concerns that we had. The level of customer service she provided made us feel like we were her number one priority and we loved all of her work. Overall, we were extremely pleased Ericka/team and will be using them again in the future.

I have been working with Erika on my Great Room project which includes my dining and kitchen spaces. Although We are still working on it, I was so taken back by the first reveal. I never imagined my home could look the way it does. She is practical, follows your budget, and knows how to not only incorporate pieces you already own, but your own personal style and passions (mine is travel:) ) . I know the end result is going to really make me enjoy my home all over. Thanks you Erika!

I was highly disappointed after I found most of our living room furniture along with side table and lamp in a very basic local furniture store. I was told by Ericka that she gets all the pieces will be unique as she gets from different places all over US. Of course that was a big lie. Legs of the couches were fixed in a wrong way, no one ever came to fix that. She recommended a contractor Jose Costa for flooring who was very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing. After I sent few of the pics of the work to Ericka, she did not seem like concerned though he was recommended by her. Overall We are unhappy with our interiors.

FLQ completely transformed our home. We had our family room, living room, and kitchen redone and decorated. Erika and her staff truly takes pride in their work and strives for perfection. I love the designs that Erika came up with and it was executed as planned and better than expected. Old and new decor/furniture were blended perfectly. Everyone on staff is professional, friendly, and organized. Their communication is on point. I feel that this will be a lifelong relationship because I plan on using FLQ for all my decor needs in the future.
