Great experience working with our salesperson, Ruthann, & manager, Candy. Ruthann was very patient with us as we were making our sofa decision. We were told at the start that any issues would be resolved to our complete satisfaction. One piece of our sectional arrived not designed as promised and, after some discussion, we decided to request a complete refund which they provided. We were allowed to order a replacement piece at no additional charge. We are extremely pleased that we chose The Leather Gallery and would highly recommend them!

My wife and I were very happy with our experience today at your Sarasota store. Our interest was in power recliners and our sales person, Ruthann, cheerfully showed us several models. She asked questions until she gradually narrowed our choice down to two chairs and then finally to THE ONE! She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of her stock, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with….you're lucky to have her in your employ. We ordered two recliners, and will check back with her in February for a delivery date.

We just received our new leather recliner sectional and recliner chair. It was delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected and we really love it. Ruthann, our sales person was very helpful in figuring out what configuration would fit in our space. The chair that was delivered was not the one we were expecting and it turned out the wrong item number was put on the paperwork. We visited the store and it was no problem. Candy the manager was very nice about it, put an order in for the correct one and ordered a truck to pick up the wrong one the following week. We are more than happy with the product and very impressed with the excellent customer service. We highly recommend this store.

Went to 6 stores to test all...am the princess and the pea. This spectacular 63 inch 2 person reclining sofa with pop up headrest and lumbar support fantastic and was in the sale back room to boot....it is wonderful and we are enjoying this new addition to our TV area.
