We used Florida Kitchen and Bath to remodel our entire house and they did a fantastic job at a fair price! Our house was 23 years old and all of the cabinets/fixtures/tile etc. screamed 1999 when we originally picked it out. It all worked, just time for a refresh. We selected Blayne and the team at FKB to redo the kitchen, both bathrooms, replace all the flooring, light fixtures, paint, and new trim work – a full remodel in a 2100 SF house. We had four contractors bid the job and felt that FKB provided the best value – and we still feel this way now that the remodel is complete. As you can see from the pictures it turned out beautiful. The FKB team started with the guest bath in April, and we were finishing out the punch list in September. They probably could have been done sooner but we scheduled some of the big stuff (the kitchen) for when we were out of town on vacation. A strategy we would highly recommend if possible. The craftsmen were a pleasure to talk with, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and took pride in their work. We have been very happy with the final product and would definitely use them again. If you are thinking of doing a project of this magnitude and think there are not going to be any glitches, snags, hiccups, or inconveniences – you are living in a fantasy world that does not exist (regardless of the contractor you select). You can expect your contractor to communicate with you and work diligently on resolving them as quickly as practical. Florida Kitchen and Bath did this in spades.

Blayne and his crew at FKB are incredible. During the planning, Blayne was generous with his time while we figured out what we wanted; once we got into actual construction, he and his crew truly went above and beyond to bring our dream to life. All while being mindful of our budget. Our new kitchen is gorgeous, and so much more than we could have ever hoped for.

Florida Kitchen and Bath was nothing short of a blessing from the beginning. I was unsure about some of the steps that I needed to take in repairing my home but as soon as I called them they immediately stepped in and guided me every step of the way. They had great insight on what needed to be done to mitigate and how to go about repairs, and were also very honest. They had a great selection of anything you would need to remodel or build your home. Definitely 5 star service!

Superior remodeling performed on my 1994 bathrooms by Florida Kitchen & Bath….Owner Blayne Trotter was truthful, kind, responsive & expertly knowledgeable. The captain of the team, Chuck only wanted us to be happy & strived always to be sure we were…..The workmanship far exceeded our expectations!

Our experience with Florida Kitchen and Bath was excellent. Blayne and Constance were such a pleasure to work with from the planning stage to the completion of the project. We remodeled both bathrooms and replaced countertops in the kitchen and baths. George and Troy did all of our tile work. They became like family and their work was beyond excellent. Whatever hiccup came along it was handled with ease. I would highly recommend Florida Kitchen and Bath to all my friends and family.
