Que groseras son las mujeres que trabajan ahí... no tienen una gota de educación te dicen las cosas con tremenda mala forma tienes que elegir apurado no te dejan pensar lo que vas a escoger. Es una falta de respeto total con las personas que van ahí y sobre todo con las embarazadas deberían sacarlas a todas....

Don’t go there they’re horrible…. On Saturday they say they opened at 9-2 and I came here at 8:58 and it 9:29 and they still not opened like this is crazy and ridiculous…
I wish I could give them 0 stars… and they’re so rude poor customer services….

November 8 2023 , I visit the WIC store. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever encounter, first they told me to wait outside which I didn’t know that was the policy and the way they said it was so rude and obnoxious ( It’s not what you say, is how you say it ) then when I finally got into the store they just kept rushing me then, The eldest cashier kept making faces of disgust and she was very impatient and talking in Spanish with her Colleague .She didn’t even tell me that She was finished with my order then when her kind came in, she had the biggest smile on her face ready to serve her With gladness. When I say the discrimination, I encounter in this place in 2023.
There is no reprimand, so therefore this type of behavior will continue.
Also, how do you know if you No, if you’re getting all your items, (for example, your fruits and vegetables,)the amount that allotted to you, because there are no prices.

If I can give a negative star, I would, but you can’t post Anything without giving a star just wanted to inform the public of my encounter be aware Racism still exists.

Worst place ever! They don’t speak English and have very poor customer service! Apparently, they have no manager or someone you can speak to when things go wrong. They treat you however they feel. One told me to go to Walmart or Publix because she wanted me to repeat myself after I said what I want 3 times while she was there having conversation with one of them in Spanish. This place is a mess! I wish they go out of business soon!

Bad customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. I only went there because it’s close to where I stay. I went there on Saturday they close at 2:00 on Saturday I arrived at 1:15 the Spanish lady told me they were close. She didn’t even let me come inside. If she doesn’t want to work she could give it to somebody willing to work. Their food always expired the next day

System was down on Friday afternoon, One lady was on the phone and the other two sitting down behind the counter. One of the lady that was sitting down stood up as if they were about to attend me but the lady on the phone told me at that moment that the system was down.

I asked if they’re open on Saturday, the lady on the phone didn’t answer me but the lady who stood up told me yes and gave me the time.

I have a feeling the system wasn’t down. Since the lady who stood up seemed she wanted to help me. So I have my suspicion on the lady on her cell phone running this thing and not wanting to do actual work.

I get this feeling because I read the reviews on here first. This was my second time going, the first time I didn’t have no issues. But that Friday I did, and today Wednesday I went since I didn’t go that Saturday and guess what, system is down again. I guess in the afternoon is their break time and I should try in the mornings? I don’t know, but since this place has a bad rating I’m assuming things will be like this.

Being a first time parent is hard enough and then you have to deal with this kind of stuff.

I wish someone else could manage this place and replace all the staff. This is getting ridiculous and I only been there three times.

My first time visiting this place was terrible and resists, as a black woman I entered this store and of course I noticed the staff is Spanish, I needed baby food and 7 cans of Enfamil genteles milk (purple can) she did NOT speak, nor did she look in my face, she only asks for my WIC card, then then mentioned I can only get 4 cans because Is 4 cans per customer, yet when I look at the next customer she was Spanish and they gave her total of 7 cans of toddler milk, and lets make this clear she had 3 kids older than 2 years old and my son is 10 months old, her kids should be eating regular food. So I ask the lady why are you giving her 7 cans when is 4 cans per customer she further explains to me the lady has more kids than I do, yet I never told this lady I had kids nor his age, am simply here picking up milk, they don't even ask for I.D she take the WIC card and move on, I than told her " I understand you are taken care of your peoples, but Be mindful all kids matter, it doesn't matter age, all kids should have milk" This lady goes on to tell me I have to come back for the rest of my milk. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS I WALK THIS EARTH. Those Spanish folks are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and have NO MANNERS. ( I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH SPANISH FOLKS, BUT THEY only take care of they peoples) ALL KIDS MATTER. I wish I can can ZERO STARS( I will rather take my chances at another store and find milk before I give them my WIC CARD)
