1 star because it’s the lowest I’m allowed to give. Horrible company and employees. Lie, rude, unprofessional. We bought carpet from Lowe’s and they only use this company for installs apparently. If you buy from Lowe’s, find your own installer and save yourself the headache and hassle. Horrible people!

First mistake. Purchased carpet from a major hardware store. Learned my lesson and now dealing with a carpet company. They handle their own installations. These people scheduled me out two weeks in advance. Took the day off. Moved furniture. Turned my entire household upside down. Was given a 3 hour window to wait. They called me an hour into the window to let me know that their installer was in the hospital. LIE!! Just be honest!! Monday morning appointment and the installer all of a sudden went into the hospital. Nope. Not buying it. So the person who called me, I believe her name was Yency, is the rudest individual on the planet: I was clearly upset when the appointment was changed but she expected me to be so happy about it. I didn’t curse her but I did get upset. Instead of her having any understanding she threatened to completely cancel and not reschedule at all. Thanks to Yency, this company lost the job and so did the company that sold me the carpet. If they were honest and cared that I was upset then I would still be working with them. So I hope the owner reads this and has a chat with Yency. Something tells me that their 2.5 star rating may have something to do with Yency anyway. I will make sure that her attitude gets revealed across all my social media. Thanks for the inconvenience. Try being honest next time. It’s evident you don’t have only 1 installer: and if you do then move my appointment to the next day and move the others back a day til Thursday like you tried to schedule me.

The installers were the most unprofessional contractors that we've ever had to deal with!! Loud and obnoxious while they were in our home and left without cleaning up!!

The guys came an hour early. They didn’t let us inspect their work. They removed the toilet without telling us or explaining they wouldn’t reinstall it. The just said we would have hire a plumber. They promised very small molding to cover areas between the floor molding and the new floor. They instead installed cheap & thick 1/4 round. They also refused to finish a small and visible molding. They said it was good enough.
I would not recommend these folks because of their unprofessionalism throughout the process.

Only used because this company was Lowe's installation contractor in Jacksonville. Worst service experience ever (and I will not be returning to Lowe's in the future as a result). Installer was more than 3 hours late. When I called and spoke with the installation manager and another associate, neither was able to get ahold of him to give me an ETA. When they finally did, I was given a couple different excuses, the main being that he had gone for a repair that had taken several hours and I suppose they have no backup plan or couldn't send the rest of the crew on to start on my install. I was forced to rearrange my entire today to accommodate the afternoon install that was meant to be a morning install. I recommend staying FAR AWAY from this company and Lowe's in general if this is who they'll insist on using.

If I could give negative stars I would!!
On Oct 1st, I purchased tile from Lowes to be installed by FIS when the order came in. I was called by FIS on the first week in Nov to schedule the delivery on Nov 8th. The install would be a 3 day installation to begin Nov 15th and be completed on Nov 17th. When setting the appointment, I told the scheduler that I would be at work while the work was being done. I was told that was OK and that their employees had their background checks and to lay out a few tiles in the direction they are to be installed. I also gave her the combination to the lock so the workers can enter without me being present. When I came home on Nov 15th NOTHING had been done. I called the office when I got home on the 15th, spoke with Kenny, and was advised the installer called in sick. Kenny stated he would call me back later in the day and he would scheduler a larger crew to come in Tuesday. He never called back on the 15th. I called them on the 16th in the morning and was told that someone would call be back in a few hours. A few hours, with no return call, I called them. I was told they were getting another crew to come from Tampa to install the floors on Wednesday. When the installers arrived on the 15th, they refused to enter the house with no one present. When I told him that I was advised they could enter with the code because I would be at work, he stated they can not enter with no one present and that is their policy. When I called Kenny Wednesday afternoon, he stated they were subcontractors and could not change their policy. So I told him I wanted to cancel the order and have a different installer. Kenny advised they are the only installer for Lowes. I told him I will still cancel the order and have Lowes pick up the tile. I went to Lowes on Nov 20th and they were GREAT! They arranged everything to be picked up Nov 26th. Their crew arrived and picked up everything, I received a full credit. Lowes is great. This company is HORRIBLE! Kenny called me Nov 26th in the morning and advised they had a crew that can arrive Nov 28th to install the floors and I told him that I was not joking and the order was canceled and Lowes would be there later that day to pick up all the tile.

Contracted for a simple backsplash install through Lowes. Was scheduled between 11am-1pm on a Thursday...no show no call. Got the Contractor on the line and was then told they would arrive by the afternoon. By 6pm, no show no call. Friday morning at 11am, contractor tells me he will have his crew at my house between 8am and 10am Saturday morning. Come Saturday, you guessed it, no show no call.

Not even a simple phone call to say "hey, we are running behind, I apologize, but we will get this done". I'm not an unreasonable person. I would have accepted that, but it never happened.

I canceled my contract. I suggest you look elsewhere for contractors or at the very least tell Lowes that Interior Flooring Services isn't welcome in your home.
