I keep getting emails to leave a review, so here it goes. Great professional in person experience at first meeting for the first project two years ago. They provided a cost effective way of covering the tile with tile laminate. Rather than replacing. It was explained they would pull the baseboards and do the floors and reattach the baseboards. It was a nightmare. You can see the photos. Plus a hole left in my wall.
They had the issue resolved only IF we paid for the baseboards, or maybe half the cost. I don’t remember.

Even after all of this, I hired them again. I told them my renters would be moving out but the date kept getting pushed back. I was assured it wasn’t a problem. Then they sent me a date and when I hadn’t heard from them by later in the morning, I called and they told me they were on another job. They were so rude and acted like me taking time off work didn’t matter.

I’ll also note when I called them and told them about the renters, I said we could start the process and do measurements once they were out. They insisted we get the measurements when the renters were still in and then claimed from that point I kept pushing them back.

Overall, my worst experience with a company ever. Gave a second chance and had an equally as bad … actually worse experience. Do not recommend.

Oh my I am so happy with the transformation of my beautiful hardwood pine floor. I live in a 100 year old house that has pine floors with zero finish on them after so many years. Roberto came to my house and walked me through every step of the process so that there would be no surprises. Can’t begin to tell you how professional this company is and what excellent work the men do . The picture that I have taken of my beautiful pine floors is night and day difference from where they started . everyone who comes in here is shocked. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and I intend to have them do much more work for me in the future. They are very reasonably priced and extremely punctual and professional. thank you very much.
