These fine gents recently put approximately 1000 sq. ft. of oak into our house. Five stars was easy for the installation job. It looks superb, and Jake is a master.

The five stars are also for Christian. Somehow, the incorrect stair nosing was shipped, and a few boxes of flooring were missing. We are all human, and I make more than my share of mistakes. It is how well they handled the situation that was wonderful. They asked for fast shipping, and worked around our moving schedule. They took what could have been a difficult, stressful situation and made it as easy as possible. I highly recommend them!

They helped us select a great carpet in our price range that we could take home that day, gave us a generous discount and even provided us with free seam tape. The Floor Covering Warehouse did a fantastic job on our floors. Len worked with us to accommodate our presence while the work was being done. They even came out on a holiday to make sure we could have our washer and dryer hooked back up by the weekend. Jeremiah, Joe and Mike were meticulous.

They did some work on our home and did a fantastic job. We went through one provider who completely botched the job and Floor covering warehouse came in and helped us get the project done in a timely manner and we didn’t have to break the bank. Highly recommended

I walked into the warehouse and was greeted not pressured. I had my footage of my home already. Dan assisted me and told me look around and let him know what I'm interested in. I found the carpet I wanted and they were able to install within 6 days. I was jazzed. Very easy to order carpet. I even got it for $14 a sq ft. Was very pleased. Jeremiah showed up and stated it was only him. I said I paid extra to have big items moved how can you do it. Well I called Dan upset as first I wasn't told it would take a day and half and no one here to move furniture? Jeremiah moved the furniture out of guest room but damaged again the door frames doing it. Dan showed up to move remainder items. It took one day to do living room, hallway, masterbedroom and walking closet. He finished the guest bedroom and small closets the next day about 4 hours.

After he left I found a broken baseboard he had put in window seal. It was not broken prior as I had already been painting them. Prior to installation I had sanded and painted all wood frames and doors. The machine or tool they used scratched up every door frame I had just painted. He never mentioned he damaged all of them. Needless to say I had to redo everything I had just done. Very disappointed as if he had had help they wouldn't have damage my door frames in the middle. Not sure if I would recommend this company. Communication seems to be an issue. They were nice but to not tell me it would take 2 days to install 700 sq ft bothered me and to damage every door frame and charge me of move only big items and then do damage to door frames not acceptable.
