You know, every time I went to Fleet Feet in the past, I had an idea of a shoe I wanted to purchase. This time, I let the process work as it's supposed to: I got a scan of my foot, and after asking me about general color preferences, the young man helping me brought out four different pairs for me to try, based on the data about my feet. I was skeptical but HOLY WOW they were the most comfortable shoes EVER. I bought one of them and am just amazed at the fit. I don't want to take them off. Plus, the whole process took less than half an hour. I'm thrilled. Thanks so much team!

I was immediately greeted and welcome to the store. The sales rep, Michael was very friendly and helpful. He asked questions to help find the best shoes for me. I also had questions myself and he was happily answered them. I tried on 5 different pairs of shoes and Michael physically assisted me with putting the shoes on and tying the laces. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THAT! Overall he was friendly, patient, and helpful. The 60 day no questions asked return policy is a plus.

They are very thorough. A young man by the name of Michael helped me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.? I wanted to get some good walking shoes for an upcoming trip. He answered all my questions about walking vs running shoes. Running is the way to go. He had me stand on a device that checks for pressure points, measures your feet etc. Then I walked on another device that took more measurements. He shared all that info and explained it. Using all my measurements he brought out 3 shoes to try to start with. I found the best shoe for me. Then we did inserts. It was the best shoe buying experience I have ever had.

My son has been having a lot of foot pain. Stopped by Fleet Feet on a whim and I’m so glad we did! They have a wide selection of inserts and they did a free scan of my son’s feet to determine which insert would be best for him. We were helped right away and the staff member who helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Feet Fleet Aptos is the perfect place to go if you are looking for the correct athletic shoe to fit your need. They will measure your foot by scan, and fit you to the right shoe, whether it’s for lifting, running, etc. The service is great, the shoe is perfect and I’m very satisfied!
Jenny is so knowledgeable and friendly! I tried one recommended style, one size adjustment, and that was it - the perfect shoe!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and a good selection of running shoes and colors to choose from. I went to shop for running shoes that are great for running on pavement and was greeted immediately. I like that they help you try and select the shoes that fit best! Would recommend their shoes and customer service!
