Following just one person around the store the whole time then when called out for profiling they asked where our money was saying they see us walk everywhere. We’re locals going to buy two things to do a wall repair. Nothing but disrespectful and disgusting people

We have been visiting at PCB this week and took our boat. First day the winch broke. unfortunately the winch stand was dissimilar to any of the winches available locally so I had to modify a stock winch which required some unusual stainless steel hardware. I went to Flagala Do It Best for help and the gentleman there walked me through everything i needed to make this repair. I got back to the boat and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I so much appreciate the help this sales gentleman gave me and it certainly helped save our Vacation!! 10 stars if I could!!!

I may have been skeptical due to the previous reviews, but I can honestly say don’t listen to any of that nonsense, these guys are awesome. This place is a hardware store yes, but they have all the essentials needed to start brewing beer. I literally walked in an was immediately helped by one of staff that genuinely wanted meet all of my needs. I highly recommend this place and it is well worth a visit! They have won over a loyal customer!

Go elsewhere to refill your propane tanks. They had the highest prices I've paid by far. I wish I had called around first. The Ace locations in the PCB area were still comparatively high to what I've been paying, but nowhere near this place.

And someone's always waiting to help you... They have chlorine for pools,Also U hauls for moving...Great store for us locals.

Great customer service, and all the goodies you'd expect from a hardware store. I hope the day never comes that big box stores put the little guy out of business, because finding actual hardware (nuts, bolts, machine screws) is only possible at the hardware store!

Rented a uhaul trailer to leave dodge after hurricane Michael. Staff are always friendly. Great store. Rental was quick and easy. Would have gone 5 stars but I was unable to connect with anyone on the telephone the day before to confirm my rental. Tried several times to reach them on the phone. But still a great store.
