Beyond excellent service! We had a difficult situation & were handling everything from out of state. They made the whole process super easy with a fair price. Excellent communication & did exactly what they said they would do & when they said they would do it which isn't very common these days. Thankful for them & their great customer service! Got extra keys made for my motorcycle & huzB had extra chip-keys made for his Toyota. Mark(?) was very personable & efficient, & the costs were very reasonable. He also sells safes, btw!

I had a key cut for my vehicle I went home started my truck and it's running great but now I can't shut it off because the key won't turn back I called Firehouse and was told there's no warranty on their keys and that if I could bring it to them the hourly rate would be $85 so now I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't shut off

Angels sent from Heaven, I say!!! Somehow a family member managed to drive off without his keys from about four hours away. I don’t know how that happened, but it happened. Meanwhile, this family member is in this tiny little town in Florida passing through the couple who work here I don’t know if they’re the owners or not bent over backwards to make sure that this family member was back on their way and they did not charge an arm and a leg.

It has been a long time since I have seen such an ethical helpful business. If you have any opportunity to throw this company some business, please do so hopefully not in such a dire circumstance is that my family member had.

This husband and wife are some of the good ones. Thank you both for being you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND very knowledgeable and helpful also very polite prices are reasonable they tested my car remote battery before replacing with the new one and it did need replacing and the battery I had in it was new but out of date when i purchased it from another store....thanks again for your help Firehouse lock & key

I work on the road on solar farm projects. I am on a project near Paxton Fl. I had lost the keys to 2021 fifth wheel Rv at work. I called around 830 pm and they dispatched a technician immediately and sent him on the way. My family and I have used Firehouse ever since they opened for all our lock and key needs. They are family owned and operated and will do whatever it takes to keep you going. It is several hour trip to get to Paxton. While I was waiting I returned to work and crawled over the fence with a flashlight. After going to the place I had loads I found the keys buried in the dirt. I immediately called the technician and said he was about half way here. I told I had found my keys. He replied no problem Then asked him how much I owed him and he replied nothing. Thank you guys for helping me out with no pay. It’s rare for that kind of service now a days.
