If we could use Sheri for all of our household projects, we would!! We contacted Sheri and Finishing Touches about 6 months ago when we were considering the purchase of new shades. Our existing motorized shades were barely functional, and we were frustrated as they were relatively new. From Day 1, Sheri went above and beyond to help us. Rather than suggest we buy all new shades, Sheri took the time to see if we could work with our existing shades to meet our needs. She even went as far as coming to the house to troubleshoot and then ordering parts from Amazon to see what choices we might have. The process of selection, installation, setting up shade operation, to include App setup, was professional and easy. I bought an existing home that had a Hunter Douglas system in the recently remodeled main living area that I wanted to expand.

Sheri was great to work with as she was able to replace the aged, manual shades in the main bedroom with the newest generation of smart shades from Hunter Douglas. The new shades in the main bedroom now perfectly match the existing shades in the main living area. You cannot tell that they were not done at the same time.

I wish I could give 6 stars! Sheri has worked on 6 rooms in our home. She’s amazing. She totally “gets” her clients. I have several friends that have used her - and all of our window treatments are completely different. She has a designers eye with so many good ideas. And she has gorgeous fabrics to choose from. I am very basic and she works with my style, but still always comes up with something stylish and creative. It always comes out beautiful. She’s very professional, always on time and delivers what’s promised. And to top it off - she’s so nice! I would highly recommend Sheri for all of your window needs - she’s wonderful.
