Fine Linen and Bath is a great company to work with. I chose some towels for a bathroom, and when they arrived, the color did not go with the wall color. I talked with them and was able to exchange those towels for another set. The exchange was easy.

The personnel at FLandB were extremely helpful and prompt. I needed 2 orders of color swatches to verify my purchase and the personnel were very prompt in getting them sent so I could proceed with my order. The towels were beautiful, luxurious, and monogrammed well. This is a great company with exceptional customer service.

I have been purchasing Abyss towels (my very favorite towel) and I have been very happy with the service I have received from Fine Linen and Bath. This time I needed to replace the bottom sheet of a Legna set. Though a little pricey, these are the best sheets in terms of comfort. Since the sheets are European, I was expecting to wait several weeks to a month but the sheet was shipped immediately and came in about a week. I am very pleased with the quality of their products and the service they provide. And there is a loyalty program as well.

Poor quality products and non-existent customer service at a premium price. I purchased two bath towels and a bath mat from FL&B. After the first pre-use wash, the towels started separating creating visible holes. I've reached out to FL&B through email and their website and have not gotten any replies or resolutions. I do not recommend doing any business here.

This store carries the luxury brands I have come to love over the years. I have placed 4 orders over the past few months. Shopping for these fine pieces was made easy, no running around from store to store or endless hours surfing the internet. The Fine Linen and Bath website is fabulous - all the information I needed on sizes, fabrics, and colors was detailed on the website. A bonus, there is a section which explains how to care for these fine pieces and they sell the products to do so.

The customer service is excellent! Twice on my orders, I accidentally put my post office box as my ship to address. I promptly received a phone call asking for a good shipping address.

You can't go wrong ordering from this store - wonderful products and excellent customer service.

Love this business! A little nervous about ordering a custom-made quilted coverlet online sight unseen, I was able to order fabric samples from FL&B’s sample program before committing. I needn’t have worried. FL&B staff went above and beyond to answer my questions before selecting the perfect design and color for my quilt. Mary, the sweet owner, helped me with placing the order so I could use a discount code. Several weeks later, I received my gorgeous custom quilted coverlet. The transaction was seamless, and the quilt is perfect. Thank you, FL&B! You now have another loyal customer.
