My husband and I wanted to get new flooring and carpet installed before we moved into our new home and decided to try out FI Flooring & Design since they had such great reviews and they were local to our neighborhood. WOW did we luck out!! First of all, this business is run by a husband & wife team (Monica & Hikmet) and they are the absolute nicest people on earth. From the beginning, Monica guided us expertly and was incredibly communicative, helpful and transparent about costs and timing. They even coordinated payment & timing of construction while they were on vacation! Hikmet has been in the business for 30 years and once we picked out our materials, he and his team were in and out of our house in five days. Which is incredible for a 2200 sqft home and they left the place very clean.

Monica and Hikmet are incredibly trustworthy people and we could tell they take pride in their business and delivering the absolute best to their clients. We couldn't be happier with our new plush carpet and beautiful floors. You won't regret working with this company! Thank you Monica and Hikmet.

Excellent service and communication. Monica was very efficient with scheduling, follow up and payments. Hikmet came out personally to our home with a wide variety of samples so we could see how the carpet would look and feel in our home. The installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. They removed and repositioned all the furniture in the two bedrooms and cleaned up all the old carpet and underlay and left the areas they traversed through the house clean and tidy. Monica even sent us a thank you note! Highly recommend.

Amazing company with a wonderful staff. We had our floors torn out due to flooding and hired FI Flooring and Design to help get our home back. They are very knowledgeable about their materials. They helped us from the start with great recommendations for floor choices that would withstand a family with butterfingers. They also found baseboards that matched our original. We had a situation that prevented them from being able to finish the flooring on the scheduled date and they were super nice to schedule an additional date to complete it without complications. If that didn't happen, they would've finished our 740sq/ft area within the day. We found them by chance and honestly am happy we took it. Our floor is waaay better than before. Thanks a ton to Monica, Hikmet, and their staff!

FI Floorind did an awesome job from begining to end replacing the old bamboo and carpet in our house with beautiful new engineered wood floors. We walked into the showroom on a Friday afternoon, took samples home, and Hikmet came over the same day to look at the house and create the quote. We were on a really tight schedule to complete the install before we moved in, and Hikmet and Monica committed to the dates and met it with a day to spare. They sent daily updates and photos of the work progress. Hikmet even removed the original asbestos VCT that was under the carpet. They also installed new baseboards. It's been a month and overall the workmanship is great, the whole process was really quick and simple. I would definitly use them again in the future!

Monica and Hikmet are great! Prompt service at a very fair price. Their installation crew did a perfect job replacing carpet with oak hardwood flooring in a bedroom and cedar flooring in two closets. The crew carefully moved and replaced the furniture, cleaned up after their work and hauled away all the old carpet and leftover materials.
