Es muy buena tienda pero muy descontento porque no tienen en cuenta la calidad del cliente.. Yo compre hace un tiempo un juego de sala lo pague mucho antes de lo previsto y segun ellos tenia muy buenos descuentos en la tienda.. Decidi comprar el fin de semana pasado un juego de comedor que no cuestan 100 dolares me costaron 1060.00 dolares los pague casch hoy todavia no me habian llamado para decirme que ya los muebles estaban en la tienda y los llame para saber si me los podian hacer delivery free por ser un exelente cliente y ademas los pague casch y me dijeron que no que nada es free pero ademas de eso la semana pasada me dieron un precio de delivery y hoy me dan otro.. Van hacer los ultimos muebles que compro con ellos porque lejos de ganar un buen cliente no nos dan el mejor servicio ni el respeto que merecemos.

I had a great experience from entering the store to delivery. I was greeted by DJ who was so pleasant and helpful. Gorley and Josh were so nice when they brought my purchase. Very pleased.

Had purchased a mattress lift from them a little over a year ago and it stopped working i called and spoke with Elaine and she informed me that my warranty had expired on the product I asked if there was anything she could do to help me with it because I have been a returning customer of farmers since 2008 she informed me that she would help me all she could and she done just that!! She ordered me a new remote and within a week she had me squared away!! Thanks Elaine I really appreciate what you did for us ? so if whoever reads this review and you are looking for quality and great customer service in the live oak area just drop by and see Elaine at farmers furniture and she will set you up ? once again thank you Elaine

I am very dissatisfied with this establishment. I have spent around 2k including interest on my purchases which include a matress and a washing machine . When buying the matress they informed me I could pay an additional 100$ for matress protection in case of “spills” . Well the matress was so terrible it completely sank in the center within 3 months when I asked for a replacement they did change it out once. About 30 days later the same thing happens again but this time there’s a pretty decent spill my wife had made from a drink which we tried a few different things to remove it with no luck . They informed me they would not be able to take the matress back unless we removed the stain but could not give me a reason why they took a hundred dollars for the “matress protection” I brought this issue up a few times with no luck or explanation on why they offer the spill protection but refuse to take my matress because of the stain . She explained to me that the matress that was sold to me was mainly used for college dorms or spare bedrooms and not meant to be slept on daily . Haha . To bad I wasn’t told that when purchasing the 850$ garbage matress . I will say a wonderful lady that works In the front heard the conversation and said blatantly out loud “ why would you even display this matress “ . Also my washing machine lasted about 4 months before I had to have a technician come out to work on it to replace a few parts because it was no longer washing clothes properly . All was well for about another 2 months and the same problem happens again . Cold water supply will just continuously run even after the wash is complete. Only certain settings will work on it as well. Once again I’ll have to have another technician come out again to replace more parts . The worst part about it is I’m still making monthly payments on it every time my bill date rolls around I could almost let my credit go to shit just so they don’t get another dollar from me for the garbage they are selling out of there . Me and my wife are very unhappy and can not wait to pay the washer off so we don’t have to deal with them ever again .

Rebekah was awesome! She helped us locate just what we needed and then turned us over to financing. We were so happy and impressed by the efficiency of the process. We had our new washing machine and dryer delivered in two day.
