She listened to the areas we needed furniture for and showed us sets that were exactly the quality we desired. In one visit we got everything we needed off of our new home furniture list, received a great discount with their pick a card discount game and even qualified for better financing than I prequalified for online. I was told the table I bought was 54” plus and 18” leaf and it wasn’t it was 54” including the leaf. The store called to see if we liked the table I told her I like the table but not happy because I was looking for a rectangle table and got a square. I told her I was going to order 2 more chairs to complete the set but now I didn’t know. She said let me talk to my manager about a discount on the chairs and I’ll call you back. Well needless to say she never called me back. Not happy with customer service. Was going to buy my bedroom set from here but i think I’m going somewhere else.

I have changed my star rating because the store did come through and do right.
