We recently had the pleasure of visiting Famous Tate Appliances to purchase a Speed Queen washer and dryer, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team at Famous Tate truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect appliances for my needs.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff who were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our requirements and provided valuable insights on the different models available. Special thanks to Bill, who went out of his way to assist us throughout the entire process. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience truly enjoyable.

After purchase, the delivery and installation process was seamless. The delivery team was punctual, courteous, and efficient, making sure everything was set up correctly and ready to use.

Overall, we highly recommend Famous Tate Appliances for anyone in search of high-quality appliances and top-notch customer service. Our experience was nothing short of excellent, thanks to the wonderful team at Famous Tate, especially Bill. Famous Tate Appliances was recommended to us by an appliance repair man that couldn’t repair our washing machine. We visited the store the next day & we’re glad we did. We met the store manager who graciously walked us through the various washers with the help of one of her staff making it an easy & pleasant experience.

Medicated for your safety

I stopped by yesterday nov,10, 2024. I was interested in a refigerator. My wife and I decided on a ge profile. We shopped around on our phones in a matter of minutes I noticed Lowe’s had it for cheaper. I asked the representative Phil if they price matched and if he would talk to the manager as the GE profile was 2158 on sale at Lowe’s; with the additional 10% off.
They refused to pricemarch LOWES for the identical fridge even tho they clearly advertised they do. Apparently they don’t mind lying right to your face. It was a huge kick in the teeth as a veteran one day before Veterans Day. Don’t worry. I got it at Lowe’s and I’m already enjoying it. If you’re reading this. You should too.

Few weeks ago I had my current dishwasher that the pump failed and I wound up with 1 inch of water in my kitchen. My plumber tested my dishwasher and it was determined that it was the dishwasher pump. Any how, I had to go shopping for a new dishwasher, not something I wanted to do. I had read reviews of how good Famous Tate's was, so I went there first at the Spring Hill location and I was greeted with smiles from everyone. Heather was my sales person and what a pleasure to work with. She listened to my needs and we found a good model for my budget. I did ask that I could shop around and she was gracious and said "y0es of course." I went to Lowe's and Home Depot and I got nothing but bad experience going there. I came back to Famous Tate's after about an hour. Famous Tate's even gave me a military discount where Lowe's does not do anymore with major appliances Home Depot kind of does, they work with the AAFES exchange system which doesn't help me I live to far away. Famous Tate's installer prices were great as well. They were the cheapest. My plumber company I work with were not far off but I decided I mine as well go with what Famous Tate uses. My installer was Mike and what a pleasure to work with as well.. he called the night before to give me the time frame which was between 12pm and 3pm. The day of he called bout 11:40 and said he was 20 mins away. Talk about great customer service experience through out the whole buying process. Thank you for making a crappy situation into a great experience. Will definitely shop there again when it's time again. Thank you!

Great buying experience! Mark Ditzel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered and paid for it and was here in 2 days. Delivery guys were absolutely great! Will use them again in the future

I created an order on-line for an LG washer and dryer. It was handled by Bill, the Sales Manager in Spring Hill. He was very fast in responding to my emails. He helped me get the available rebates.
I was very concerned about the delivery because Famous Tate hires a sub-contractor to handle the deliveries. I was happily mistaken. These two gentlemen couldn’t have been more considerate. The removal of the old appliances and the installation off the new ones were great.
I plan to replace my kitchen appliances in the fall. I hope Famous Tate does as well with the pricing and delivery as they did with the washer dryer. I would like to do additional business with them.
