Our first time using Fallbrook Upholstery; we are happy that we found them. I now wish I had before photos to show the difference. An old seat in our lobby was pilfering and dingy. We shopped around for replacements but really liked the comfort and size of the seat we already had. The material, craftmanship and turn around on the project was worth the reasonable price. When I bought my car the armrest and the drivers seat were damaged. I took it into Fallbrook Upholstery and the restoration of the car looks amazing. Quick turn around, great service, beautiful craftsmanship, reasonable price...

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, I called for a quote and explained the situation. He kept trying to get me to come in, I explained if the price was too high I didn’t want to waste my time. I told him I was OK with the estimate and I understand that he can go up or down depending on what the actual bench looks like. I explained that fabric I had on the bench prior was already stripped, and he hung up on me. Go elsewhere, they are rude and time wasters.

He has a lot of customers, so he seemed indifferent if he earned my business or not. New installation of the ragtop was very well done but I believe he stepped on the seat of my convertible during the installation and caused a small rip in the stitch. I did not have a rip prior to the installation.

First time using this gentleman. It will not be the last time. He did custom work for me at a very reasonable price and truly understood the concept, and made a couple of improvements, for a quilted bass drum recording baffle which I designed. Thank you!

Santana has now done several pieces for me . His workmanship is excellent and he always completes his work in the time frame he says he will . He also is a good communicator and always returns his phone calls. He is also very reasonable so all in all I would highly recommend him to anyone!
