AMAZING! I got a top of the line dishwasher for a great price! It even had warranty. Mo and Abbas made the process so easy- reasonable prices for installation, delivery, and haul away. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend them.

The owner is spectacular! He made sure our refrigerator was installed and working properly. He even came to our home and measured the space. The prices were half of what we had scouted out at the Big Box stores. I am so happy to find this gem of a store.

Very disappointed with customer service. I went looking for a counter depth refrigerator, dishwasher and stove hood. The gentleman was in the office when I entered the store. Made a phone call and stayed in the office while I walked around. I stood by his office so I could ask which refrigerator were counter depth, he told me to look for a “CD” on them - no assistance at all.

Washer did not work. Returned the washer to exchange but they decided to fix it. Thats fine. But then he claims we broke it. And wanted to charge us 100 dollars for the part. Need to work on customer service skills.

Our 8-year old LG washer we bought from Sears Outlet stopped working with the error code PE. Rather than trying to repair it we
decide to buy a returned LG washer from Abbas but when it was delivered my wife discovered that the control panel was tempered with. We don't want to get into the same problem again somewhere down the road and called the store but it was the Friday before July 4th so we had to wait until Tuesday to call and ask to exchange for a new unit. Abbas was very accommodating, after paying for the difference, he had the new unit delivered and installed at the end of the same day. Unfortunately, the installer forgot to remove the transport safety mechanism so the machine shook violently when my wife started to use it. She called Abbas and he said he would come over in 45 minutes to take care of the problem. He eventually came over at 8:30pm to remove the safety devices and the machine seemed to work good now. Even though we ran into minor glitches, I'd still give Abbas the highest rating and would recommend him to others for being accommodated and customer satisfaction oriented. We would definitely return to buy more from him in the future.

Awesome spot for appliances in El Cajon! They have a wide range of appliance to choose from in their storefront off of Jamacha Rd. Moe provided great service, set up our delivery and install. The whole transaction took about 30mins. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for any new appliances

We recently moved to the area and I ran across Falcon Appliance Outlet while searching for a source for a new washer based on positive reviews by others. Abbas walked me through their selection, which were all highly rated by Consumer Reports, then left me alone to browse and research things without any pressure.

I’m used to shopping scratch and dent models at what used to be Sears Outlet, but Falcon’s models were all new and unused. The prices were at or below what I’m used to seeing for scratch and dent items, and 30% or more below big box stores or even Costco. I ended up getting both a washer and dryer because of the great deal offered. I’ll definitely be back when we have other appliance needs.
