Very nice store with good selection of clothing and accessories for the whole family. Their prices are pretty good too. Bought a skirt there and my daughter found a hat. It's a good place to shop for clothing and they do have different stores throughout Arkansas.

I never can find the right fit of jeans until I shopped at Factory. Their jeans fit me really good! Also we got 2 pairs for my husband, and darn he looks good on him!

My New Favorite store, they have good prices of items.. Friendly workers and clean store. I got my ripped Jeans at clearance price and very comfy sweatpants. I love it!! I'll shop here again soon!!

Very cute clothes and for a good price but the customer service needs work. The young ladies never asked to help us and never acknowledged our presence until we paid. When the did check out our items they were quiet and snobby and acted like it was a burden for us to be there.

The lady working on 7/26/2023 was very rude and unprofessional. My son was in the wrong playing with a shoe. The lady walked passed me towards him and started yelling at him. I said excuse me and she proceeded to raise her voice with me. There were two other customers in the store. I told her she could have said that nicer, and to me, if she had an issue with my child. I proceeded to tell her she walked right by me. She started rolling her eyes at me. I told her I was leaving and she was rude. She continued saying things as I walked out the door she said have a blessed day. My son was on the other side of a rack and I didn’t see him or I would have addressed this myself. He bent a shoe. He was wrong, but what she done was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Factory Connection has friendly service, and I always find affordable deals on clothes. They usually have discount racks of 25%, 50%, and sometimes even 75% off. I usually find nice jeans for $10-$20 that fit me well, which is hard to find. I have also found some nice bags and cologne. They are located next to Natalie’s and Anytime Fitness, the strip right before Walmart. If you’re looking for men’s or women’s clothing or accessories, give this place a chance!

Will no longer shop there! Employee (Angelieka) allowed an old man to walk in on my minor daughter as she was in the dressing room. My daughter locked the door but he still opened it after he was informed by my daughter's friends that there was someone in the dressing room! Angelieka handled the situation very poorly, kicked my daughters out of store, and then when I went in to the store to ask about the video to see what happened Angelieka lied to me, became very hostile, started calling my daughters boyfriend "that white boy", and fabricated what happened to justify her reasoning for kicking my daughters out when Angelieka has a history of bullying my oldest daughter. Unsurprisingly, Angelieka also kicked me out as well and refused to give me the name of the head boss so that I could call about the situation. I will be calling corp and filing a formal complaint.
